I always have a great experience visiting medmen, it keeps me coming back to their many convenient locations.tonight i got exceptional customer service from mike at the downtown store. his knowledge of the inventory was impressive & he helped me find products to fit my needs in an efficient & timely manner. keep up the good work yall!

Easy to order online and pickup. Prices were good. Salesperson was kind of nice...? He didnt seem super knowledgeable, but I guess that didnt matter bc I pretty much knew what I wanted. Havent tried the gummies yet, Im sure theyll be fine!

Been here before and it was smooth and pleasant... But this time I showed up to pickup my online order, and despite showing the door person my confirmation email, they insisted this location doesnt do pickup orders... and he wouldnt let me in to even ask a salesperson

They have a lackluster set of reviews, but they opened early on Saturday. I arrive 30 minutes after supposed opening time and was informed they wouldnt be opening for another 2-3 hours and to come back then. Impossible as Im not a local. This vibe seems to be how they run the shop based on reading other reviews. I reccomend The Buddha Company in DTLA, just down the road. Staff was great and prices were reasonable, also their name doesnt bring about images of patriarchal male egos.

They are kinda rude to new customers, the door lady was great. Her manager however wasn’t so helpful when he told my bf that he couldn’t be allowed in the store with only a temporary download of his med card , even though I had my physical copy and stated his was coming in the mail and I had gotten mine from the same website. NuggMd is 10/10 and so is the stiiizy dispensary which we went to and bought from BEFORE WE WENT TO MEDMEN. Doesn’t make sense how one takes the temporary with a drivers license and the other doesn’t, but it was only our FIRST time going there.

Very nice employees and a great layout. A little pricey but really worth it. Its like a candy store for adults.

When walking, in the staff was friendly, and professional we were greeted and helped quickly. When questions were asked the employees were knowledgeable of their products and very informative. We made our purchase and left in a quick timely matter overall the experience was a positive one

Professional, Structural and most definitely moving the Industry Forward.They are a bit more expensive but the math is all there if you factor in overhead costs such as TAXES to pay the Fire Department, Police Department, Unemployment Benefits, the Military, wages for the Employees, cost of leasing the square footage of space, etc. not to mention the Group of Owners need to make some profit for themselves and their loved ones.I am not going to lie to you, I am an alcoholic that bounces between marijuana or alcohol depending on my outlook on life.I have some serious psychiatric disorders that are not normal, I am a danger to myself and others or 5150 according to Police code; I acknowledge and accept this fact.I drink alcohol to forget my past problems, my days problems and then rinse and repeat the next day or mission, waking up and performing employment to the fullest is a mission, is it not?The thing about alcohol is, it physically gives me energy and false motivation--I mean it is glucose or empty carbohydrates right?A 12oz beer has roughly 100 - 200 calories of carbohydrates, a shot of whatever has about 100 to 150 calories of what, sugar.Thats why people go crazy at night clubs and bars, get talkative, feelings get hurt, people end up in the hospital, etc.Drunk drivers as well, they feel compulsive behavior off of an instant and end up regretting their actions most of the time.I dont know what I am trying to get at, all I know is I do not want to continue my psychotic behavior with the Devils Water.I dont know what I want at all, to be honest.I just want to forget memories I cannot forget, which is why I drink at its core.I want to forget but I cannot forget.Anyways, cheers; hopefully the Marijuana industry booms even further and crimes are reduced.I wouldve probably killed a dozen or so people by now if it wasnt for Marijuana, not even lying.I wouldve curb stomped them for justifiable reasons in the eyes of a Judge or a Police Officer but I did not, thank God for Marijuana!

Great product & serviceAesthetically pleasant and flow of the store gets you thru there sweet selection.I wont penalize the outside of store for this (they have security def safe) but outside the hustlers trying to persistently sell their misc product is a very bad look and was a gang of shady undesirables *this should be addressed.

Purchased a Lowell Herb Co Pen and the product had no battery , nor was the product supplied with a battery to recharge the DISPOSABLE PEN . I purchased the same product from a different retailer the next day and this product is fully charge and ready for usage . As well as $15 cheaper in value . Total rip off, i want my $80 back or store credit for a better product .

I chose to shop at MedMen DTLA on 9/18/2020 because it was close to my friends house and would be an easy stop. I am glad they were so close because it was a great experience overall! I placed my order online with ease. I had a few questions and had to call for help a few times, but every person I spoke with was super friendly and helpful! Once I placed my order, I got a confirmation email and an email shortly after that saying my order was ready for pickup. Fast ordering process for sure! Once we got there, I was helped by Michelle. She was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was able to help answer all of my questions and offer tips as well! 5 star experience and would definitely recommend MedMen to anyone looking for quality products and service!

Went in for a pre roll with my debit card. Pre roll was overpriced plus they said it would be an extra $2.75 with the debit card and they have to charge $30 to the card. So 1 preroll with debit card $32.75.No sale!

From the security personnel at the front door to the manager and staff, everyone was very kind and helpful- making my visit to Med Men a breeze.Specifically I was impressed with the customer service and product knowledge demonstrated by their bud tender, Petra.Both Petra and the other staff at Med Men exemplified top-notch service and I will be back again soon because I do business where I am treated well.

Doing business without have adequate parking can is slowing kill your business…

Curbside pick up is not available as advertised. There is nowhere to park near the entrance. Had to park a few stores down (in a no parking zone), only to be told I had to pay inside. Thinking it would be a quick transaction and hoping I wouldnt get a ticket, I went inside to pay. The clerk rang me up my total was $60 and change he said because I was paying with a debit card hed have to round up my total to $65 and then give me back $4 and change in cash. After charging me they couldnt find any cash to give me my change. What was supposed to be a quick almost drive thru like experience became the longest most inconvenient one. Fearing I would get a hefty parking ticket I left the store without my change.If youre gonna do their so called curbside pickup just bring cash i guess. Otherwise dont bother, its more of a headache and there are far better dispensaries.I hope MedMen LA gets their stuff in order.

No mention anywhere on the site that you need to pay cash or be there in person to accept the delivery. When I mentioned this to them they said they had been meaning to get around to updating their site to alert people-but somehow never did. Plenty of other companies around that will take a credit card-I won’t use Medmen again.

I am from europe and it was my first time visiting a dispensary. The staff was very helpfull, patient and not pushing me to buy something. I found my happiness.

This place has a friendly staff and a steady operation. If you know what you want and/or ordered online in advanced, you can get in and out fairly quickly. They have kiosk and samples on the floor so getting the information you need is there for you. Of course, if you cannot find the information you are looking for, theres plenty of easy to identify staff members in bright red shirts all around to assist you. Be aware that credit cards are not accepted but debt card are, and there is an ATM located inside. Be sure to ask about specials, you can find great deals that way. And everyone is laid back.

It was going good till I didnt get the promo that they had going on. It was or delivery minimum$49 and get a gram of claybourne for $.99. Well I didnt get that and did everything listed in order to qualify for promo. So then I emailed them and txt to let them know and I have not received a answer back on either. This store is amazing! Conor (one of the co managers) just taught me more about concentrates than I ever knew existed! These guys are VERY knowledgeable, and VERY passionate about cannabis. It’s like the Whole Foods of dispensaries. They have ALL of the top new products and they know their stuff. If you’re new to cannabis, or you’re a connoisseur, this place has everything you need, and they will take the time to talk you through it. Super classy modern weed buying experience.Gabby, in sales, was also very friendly and helpful and took care of me once I figured out what I needed.I will def come back to this store again!!

Sales person sells me on this 24% THC Sativa telling me how strong it is. It’s $57 for an 1/8 (3.5 grams) I buy it. Way overpriced but ok. They hand it to me in a sealed black pouch that says 24% THC on it (just like the sales person said and iPad display showed). I arrive home to open the sealed pouch and inside on actual jar/packaging it’s clearly marked 20% THC!?I call MedMen back and I get Nick on the phone who says it’s no big deal! It’s probably just a misprint happens all the time but if I want I can come get a refund. I drive all the way back to downtown to get my refund.I tell the associate at the front door I need to make a return. First she says they can’t do that but after hearing the problem she starts to apologize because that’s not right and points out Manager Man Bun Nick.Nick looks at the THC % and sees it doesn’t match and proceeds to tell me that he knows he told me he could refund me on the phone but can’t really do that. He did apologize and said he would make it right by giving me 20% off of another $50 purchase.So, their solution to ripping me off is to have me spend another $50 to get 20% off of a product that who knows what it will actually be when I get home!? As a manager Nick probably knew he couldn’t give me a refund but had me drive an hour each way for $10 off $50 of weed?! That’s less than my gas back and forth.I came to MedMen because they are building this brand of upscale pot shop meets apple store environment. I know they are expensive as hell but I wanted to try and get some really good weed and see if it’s worth it. Well, I’ll save you all the trouble, it’s not worth it. The shop may be clean and have 20 employees but you’re not getting high end product. All you’re buying is overpriced weed from a corporation trying to make as much profit as possible. They don’t care about you, your high, your wallet; just their profits!Ps. Just go to a regular weed shop! You’ll get twice as much weed of a better quality and have a better experience. The weed wasn’t even special. Was packaged in August! It’s The middle of January.

Had a great experience here from the check in service and everyone who spoke with me at different sections of the store. So much information and checking on you to see if you need help or recommendations. This place makes you feel like weed is legal, compared to some of the other dark/anxiety ridden/sketchy/mean-hot-girl options Ive visited nearby.They even offered to let me park my bike inside so I didnt have to sweat it getting messed with on the street, since there wasnt a bike rack within eyesight. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable easy to find what you are looking for. Taxes are a bit extreme $40 in taxes for $100 worth of weed but its out of there control. So despite the taxes its a great place and I would highly recommend.

Things got a little mixed up at first. I thought the customer service was the worst I’ve dealt with out of all of the MedMen. However they fixed the issue like a company with great customer service does. I thank them for that.1 minor issue is they seem to have been out of everything I actually wanted but I was still able to get some great weed from them. Though a bit pricey compared to other places I’ve been to, MedMen is a great source for recreational weed.

Interesting, Ive been to this location at least six times and on each visit 80% of the staff was new.Very friendly courteous staff however you should study your cannabis before your first visit because the staff never has any answers.Also they do not accept any tips.

Amazing staff! Very helpful Lively and bright environment. I really enjoyed the tablets that were available for customers to view the details about the products.They have a wide variety of products to choose from. Primarily prepackaged weed and edibles. Also, they do sales tax!Definitely will come back. Especially for a drink!

Great delivery experience. My driver Petra was friendly and on top of her game. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong product and she personally went back and got the right thing and drove back to swap it out. Will definitely be doing business with them again!

First out the layout of this dispensary is very easy to navigate whether you are coming in to be educated on the variety of products they offer or you are just coming to grab exactly what you want. Lauren who is truly a Connoisseur took the time to give us a tour and was very informative when explaining the different products. This will be my go to when I’m in LA. Kudos to Lauren you are truly a gem.

Parking is really bad needless to say so if you’re driving then you may have to leave your car out with the emergency lights on. However, on my most recent visit, their system was really slow and it doesn’t help when the employee themselves (Patrick) get upset; you already told me it was going to be a long wait. The employees don’t even have time to introduce you to their rewards system because they much rather check out all of the customers. MedMen West Hollywood is much better because there’s risk-free parking across the street it’s definitely worth the drive and I don’t believe I’ll be returning here even if I live less than 2 miles away.

Usually I love this place. However today when I checked the menu, I couldnt help but notice that all your cheapest flowers were out of stock. I ended up going elsewhere. You guys have got to keep up on your stock or I imagine youll be losing more customers.
