Dont waste your time here... I requested an expert opinion on my Prostate MRI, instead Dr Marks charged $700 for 232 seconds of his time on a video consultation and told me to read a website. Then said he would have a radiologist read the MRI, BUT never called back and turns out I have cancer, he just left me sitting in the dark worrying... had to go to another doctor.

They take forever to call you back and doctor doesnt bother to follow up at all.for emergency i was on phone for hours and best to have some other caring doctor

We went to many doctors prior to coming to UCLA Urology and I can tell you that they have the most advanced treatments, but most importantly, Dr. Donin spent a lot of time with my grandfather and showed so much care. For the first time, we felt like its not about recommending a treatment and making money, but truly helping my grandfather prolong his life. Dr. Donin is a definition of a DOCTOR!

One of the Best Urology Departments in North America,Europe , I Travelled from Vancouver Canada to get a procedure done despite it would have been free for me in Canada .Dr Mills, Dr Sun and his whole team are Top-notch,Kind Up to date and most Advanced.

Dr Baxter is very unprofessional, doesnt listen to his patients, then responds with snarky gotcha questions to try to make it seem like you are a liar. I actually was the one that caught HIM not paying attention when he said oh yeah , uh huh, good when I was explaining how bad my symptoms got. Stay far away from this clinic. He pushes BOTOX on all patients then tells you that you are out of luck if it doesnt resolve your medical issues.

You will be ripped off here. I went for an office visit that normally costs about $170 at a urology doctor. They charged $945.00 for the office visit. Insurance discounted it to $556.98. So they overcharged $380. They dont tell you that their prices are triple of regular specialist doctors before you schedule the appointment. Lab tests were $470, at other places this would be like $150 max. I called to complain. They said they will look into it. Few days later i called back they said they have reviewed it and discovered i need to pay about $140 more. I burst out laughing. I suggest a TV comedian use this in their programs. It is very funny but disgraceful.

Im shocked at the lack of responsiveness. Dr Mills never showed up for the follow-up after my tests as he got called for another procedure. I provided the office times to call back and Dr Mills did not call during those times. Despite repeatedly following up, I havent heard back and will have to consult with a different provider / doctor.
