This office doesnt value peoples time. They have horrible inter-office communications. They appear to be very unconcerned with patients issues, regardless of the importance. They consistently make you wait around 20 minutes to an hour minimum.Twice I have requested a statement regarding additional funds which they applied for in my name, and still waiting.I have been treated there in 2014 and at present- only due to the convenience of the location. I reccomend if you are able to go somewhere else, GO!!They have little respect for their patients, expect their chemo patients to sleep and be complient with whatever they say. They became irritated when I refused to take benadryl along with my treatment (I prefer to be conscious in public places) and when I ask for estimates of how long my treatment should take, they have not once given me an accurate answer.Example during one of my shorter treatments:Me @12:50pm: Around how long will my treatment take today? I have a friend who brought me and is going to wait in their car for me.(The time my appointment was scheduled for was 1pm.)Them: Around an hour and a half from the time we begin the medication. So, I sent a text to my friend letting them know.1:20 Was told to go in back to the treatment lounge. Did so, found a recliner for myself sat down and continued to wait.1:45 Nurse approached me with a bag of fluids, set up my drip. Drip began at 1:50pm.1:50pm I sent a text to my friend letting them know I should be finished in an hour and a half.2:25pm: Nurse approached with a second bag. I asked her what it contained. She told me it was my chemo medication.I asked her what the first bag was she said it was only saline.I was slightly irritated. I texted my friend and let them know that I had been mistaken, they were just starting my medication now, so it should be an hour and a half from now and apologized. As the nurse began to set up my medication I questioned her to confirm that the medication did not have benadryl in it.She replied that it was a good thing that I mentioned that, because it did in fact contain benadryl. This was an additional frustration, because upon my first visit I had requested they put a note in my file to let whoever was treating me be aware that I was not to be given benadryl with my chemo medication.Ultimately, I left the office that day around 3:40pm, before leaving letting the staff know that I felt very irritated that the treatment had not only taken so long, but also kept my friend waiting over 2 1/2 hours compared to the 1 1/2 they originally told me.The nurse apologized, but the most upsetting was that I needed this current appointment due to them starting late at my previous treatment appointment. My previous appointment was scheduled for 9am and my medication drip wasnt started until 11:45 because the receptionist made a mistake and didnt realize that I had a 6 hour treatment. So due to the receptionists error, I was the last patient in the clinic that evening, was kept after closing and they were only able to give me 2 out of my 3 bags of chemo medication and was forced to reschedule in order to receive my full treatment.I have a stage 4 cancer and value my time. Unlike employees who are paid by the hour, I prefer not to sit in a doctors office all day, but have to in order for survive. To be told that I need to return a second day due to their incompetence doesnt sit well with me.I have limited time, and would prefer to spend whatever time I do have with my young daughter. Not in the office with them as they drag their feet.Granted, Im frustrated with my situation -obviously, however dealing with callous nurses with very little regard for their patients time does not help the situation any!ps. I have YET to speak with my doctor aside from my initial consultation. This second round of treatment, he has been away twice the days of my treatments and is only in the office on Fridays, so wasnt available during my hydration treatments or the treatment that was continued the following week.

I would not trust these so called doctors, he sees his patients as profit centers instead of human beings. Get a second, third opinion.
