I had my hair dyed and cut. The results were great for both the cut and color. The stylists were very professional and helpful about my concerns. The price was also just right.

This was my first hair cut in LA after living in NYC for 7 years, I had to find a new dedicated japanese hair salon, and I’m really happy I chose Nanana Parena! Hidemi, top stylist, cut my hair and she was very gentle, good listener, and thoughtful in her style! I knew I wanted more layers with light bangs to frame my face and she made sure to walk me through the process. Since my hair is slightly wavy, she also suggested adding texture/volume. I was most impressed with how gentle she was with my hair and how nicely she treated it, considering I usually don’t style my hair at all to grow it long and naturally. Happy I found this place and will be coming back!

Ken-Ta was great.He and his assistant were completely understanding of my request.And he left the lenth of my hair exactly as desired.

Lady was sweet but she didn’t do a very good job in coloring my hair even. My ends in some areas are still light brown and the rest of my hair looks reddish after i specifically asked for an even dark brown. ( my hair was already brown just too light and with some highlights so i wanted an even dark brown). I don’t know much about hair but i do know that there’s all kinds of tricks to make the color stick to uneven hair. She dropped the color in my hair and that was it.Such a waste of $, now i have to go somewhere else to fix itWish i could attach before and after pictures

Everything was on point during my visit. No waiting time, the staff is very welcoming. My hair looked exactly how I described/pictured it and that doesn’t happen often. I would recommend this place.

I love visiting this salon my hair always looks great after my visit. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They offer you a mini neck and shoulder massage when you get your hair cut. The products they use smell great! I highly recommend this salon!

My 8 y.o. wanted to get her Japanese straightening and forget about her forever tangled curles.Kenta made it fast, super nice and great price.we loved the place. mo wonder its fully booked.I did my washing and blow drying. I loved the massage and the way I have been treated and I felt amazing and relaxed while waiting for my daughter. Loved this place.Highly recommend amd will be returning again.

Cale and his assistant Alexa are fantastic! They consistently do a great job with my hair and never make me wait. The facilities are good... not loud and crowded, and the vibe isnt snobbish.

I always had a great experience with Kenta here. My hair is very thick but yesterday it looked so silky and nice after coloring and blow dry:) I am very happy with it!

Love this place. Kiyoto was the best. 10min scalp massage while washing and asked if I wanted something to drink. Took his time to cut my hair the way I wanted.

No curly hair straightening. By the way, there should be a kind of hair straightening, but nothing is asked and I do not know which hair was curled after all. Perhaps I feel like I have chosen the highest one, but if its neat, it doesnt work at all.

Despite being chosen because there are Japanese people, it was cut the most unlikely ever. The tip of the hair is very stepped and its splashing outside, and this is the first time it has been cut like this. I will never go again.
