Great doctor always on time professional....Good sense of humor…

Saw Dr Furdik in November and January. He recommended I have injections for my back. Im still waiting for authorization. His staff has not been helpful, courteous or professional. Waiting months for an authorization is unacceptable. Ive been with a Pain Mgmt/Interventionist for the past 30 years on a monthly basis and havent seen such convuluted behavior before in an office staff. I call this office twice a week for assistance since no one returns my calls. Ive worked in doctors offices, hopitals and Im a trained paramedic. Ive never treated people this way in my life.

Absolutely a great Doctor. He is very understanding and competent. I been seeing him for over a year.
