Bud tenders don’t explain anything and have nasty attitudes . 100% won’t recommend this place for regular and especially for new consumers!

This is my go to spot. Great flower and great prices. The budtenders on the other hand, need to go. The customer service is not there. No one recommends anything, talks to you, or gives you a welcoming experience at all. I said the strain of pre roll I wanted FOUR times and I thought she would have heard me or got it right but the music is so loud in there, they can’t hear you and don’t care to make sure they got your order right. No exchanges or refunds but you can’t hand me the right product? Honestly super upset.

Rude budtender named Julie. She rushed me out so I didnt get what I really wanted. Anyways wont be back to use my points. Weak service!

Came here for the first time last week and was really impressed. Parking right in front, lobby and showroom is clean and open layout, nice selection of vapes and flower curelato was fire. Bud tenders were awesome and I was in and out quickly. Definitely 5 stars.

The place is never overcrowded, the bud tenders are always nice. If you get the obvious Marathon brand,its an obvious win. But I come in with the need of usually only 1 item in mind. Crumble,because its easier on my allergies etc. And I drive over 30miles and 3 freeways because at one point they had what I wanted but over the last 7-8 visits,things only went okay when Misty was there And that was only a few times and the only times I left satisfied with the whole situation.Today,it dawned on me that somethings not right.Ive pre-ordered before online,then I get there and they have never had it in stock,so now Im starting all over in the shop. Today,I go in only for Crumble and everytime I asked about Crumble, it was sidestepped and as Im smoking this horrible stuff tonight and I look at the containers,I have a Powder,a sauce and a honey crystalline!? Not 1 crumble. I never even heard of honey crystalline,asked for it or can smoke it in my wax pen. Burnt the mess out my throat and nose. Now,because I smoke and forget,it took a few trips,to notice but this happened more than once. 3 times at least!! I looked in top drawer and I have 7 unused,full vials of stuff I dont smoke,at least 200$ worth. Too far for me to come here again,to get beat. But the shop is as good as reviews state,just NOT FOR ME and my personal needs. I wish that when I said, Crumble, they just put crumbles up only,for me to look at or just say,we have no Crumble. Too many shops to be street hustled by this business. IT FEELS LIKE,old school days,when its 3in the morning and you need the weed man and someone gives you a dirt weed mans number and you just have to take that bummy swag with seeds and stems. Or going to a dealership and asking for a 1974 Shelby Cobra and leaving with a 10yr old family wagon!!Everyone enjoy and today was my last time here. Thank you Misty for being awesome, I hope you get a job somewhere else where you wont be lumped in with shady tactics because you were the best!

This place is fantastic! Amazing selection of products... some of may Favorites like Dr. Norms, FavRx and Brass Knuckles. I love being able to order ahead for pick-up or delivery and they will go all the Way to Santa Monica if you order ahead!

Been going to them since 2006 and still no complaints, they have boom strains and they there one who put me on game with the bho when it first came out I been saving for about 10 years now. And the bud tenders are super friendly and knowledgeable about the strings they sell.

I live on the west side and Ive been going to medical dispensaries since The proposition was passed. downtown patient group is a little flashy the music is loud and the packaging is very bright but theyve actually got fantastic product to back up all the flashiness. I think its a little pretentious to charge more than $50 an eighth and there are a few premium strains that are pricey but theyve got really good product for $25-30 which is very reasonable to me for medical grade indoor.

I was a first time patient and I had an amazing experience. They shaved off a 15% discount on the weed tax and I purchased one of their exclusive strains (Royal Highness) for only $25! The staff were wonderful and gifted me a goodie bag of all essentials (lighter, grinder, papers, and a bowl). I’d recommend this place 100% for any stoners coming from out of town.

Really wanted to instantly love this place. Hopefully the next go around will be better. Most of my order was missing or the wrong item. Thankfully I picked it up and it wasn’t delivered or I would’ve been even more pissed since I was in a time crunch; still very disappointing. Less than one star ? I called to get some simple information was referred to customer service who didnt know and told me to refer to the website Id already referred to the website tried to contact the manufacturer and my third option was to call the store that offered the product I then talked to two people who said they couldnt give me information over the phone because it was the law there is no law about that I should be able to find out what they have before I need to drive over and go into their store and purchase it they were both very rude and the reason he said that he needed to get off the phone was he had a shop to run isnt helping people on the telephone running the shop?
