Everything was all well with this company.. Until it wasnt. Just a month ago, they had 5 stars from me and my referral. Now, I warn anyone thats considering this company to refrain from doing so. A month ago, I was very ill from covid and just didnt have the energy to call them and make a payment. After a week, they made 2 unauthorized charges to my girlfriends credit card that they had kept on file from a past payment. When contacting them, Melissa laughed at her and Chris and Alex tried to convince her that it was okay what they had done. We had to get the money back by disputing the charges with capital one because LA Monitoring refused to do so. I warn all to stay away from this company of thieves. Theyre so scandalous that they knew to make those charges in increments to ensure approval. Smh
