This place is great! I’ve been going there for several years and I’ve always found it therapeutic and relaxing. They helped me in with surgical recovery and daily stress reduction. What a great gift to have in our neighborhood with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Upon my first visit to ERCA, I was warmly greeted and had a very thoughtful discussion about why I was looking to try Acupuncture. I walked Valerie through all of my concerns and she was very kind and considerate with her suggestions.The session itself is surprisingly soothing and calming even though you are in the same room with others receiving care.I am very much looking forward to my next visit!

First time getting acupuncture but my shoulder was not getting better with the various traditional ways so on a recommendation went to ERCA. It was wonderful! I am a baby when it comes to needles but did not hurt in the least and I actually think my pain level has decreased already. Thanks and already have a second appointment.

ERCA saved me during a very stressful time in my life and showed me that there are so many alternative ways to heal the body and mind. I have been going to Valerie and Benita two/three times a month for the last 2 years. The community space is perfect and the treatments are affordable. Thank you for all that you do!!

I had a good experience. All face up which I was surprised at but I felt relaxed and was excited to continue my experience. The woman treating me was very kind as was the front desk. I paid for my services, and left on a very important trip to see my niece who I have not had access to due to family discord, nonetheless a stressful and vulnerable trip. I noticed I got a call from them but I assumed it was a follow up to see if I wanted another treatment. Then I sit down to my computer Wed (for the first time. Literally my one time a year I put it down) only to have an email telling me I owe 10$, no big deal, except in that email they THREATEN to put a COLLECTION on my credit. Literally LESS THAN A WEEK from my original appointment in which THEY mis-charged me. Not my fault. Obviously this has stressed me out a lot. So I have come to vent here to the internet Gods, and, because, ultimately I believe companies that are in wellness should be held to higher, gentler and better standards for the treatment of their clientele. Stress is the exact opposite I should be experiencing from my visit.:))

Been coming here for 3 yeasts! Staff is professional, friendly, always asks and listens to my needs. My husband, daughter & myself rep all the benefits from Accupuncture treatments at this amazing facility & their prices are Incredibly reasonable.

I’ve been coming here on and off for about 5 years now. I am so thankful I stumbled upon ERCA all those years ago as I’ve come to Valerie for a variety of different ailments over the years. Valerie truly has a gift and she genuinely wants to help us feel better. I’m a strong believer that acupuncture works and I’ve got Valerie to thank for that. I always relax when I’m there and feel better almost instantly. People shouldn’t expect to be “fixed” with one treatment - it’s ongoing but rest assured you’re in good hands here with people who truly care and aren’t looking to to advantage. I’ve had a number of successful experiences with ERCA. I’ve come here for back pain, insomnia, and a torn rotator cuff. I’ve always gotten some immediate relief and with the affordable prices been able to come back for the necessary follow-ups. Valerie often recommends herbs or teas to accompany her treatments, never anything complicated or expensive. I always feel that my sessions are private, even though patients share a large room. The environment is soothing and clean. There is a private bed if you feel you need it. They also have an infrared bed! I’ve recommended this clinic to a number of friends and we’ve all had excellent experiences!
