City Acupuncture Silver Lake has been a refuge for me. I highly recommend treatments with Dr. Jada. She is an expert in the field and a true healer! She is also, positive, kind, gentle, nurturing and cares deeply about ones healing journey. She also provides helpful resources such as books and herb recommendations alongside of sessions. She has made a profound impact on lessing my anxiety.

I have had EXTREME hip and lower back pain for 2 days now. I called City Acupuncture this morning and they got me in today. Rosalind took her time getting to know me and all my past injuries plus recent activities that might have triggered the pain. She did a regular session with some scattered trigger needles to see my response as well as some cupping on my back and shoulders. It was an immediate release for me I am so, so grateful!While I do still have some residual pain, Rosalind explained everything and put me on a plan to stop the acute pain and work towards maintenance for my injuries (not like other places where I felt it was an endless need to keep coming back). She included suggestions for exercises I could do, has an array of herbs and probiotics she has selected and the oil she put on my back is still generating relief as I type this! Oh and she gave me some menthol patches to wear to bed to help me sleep tonight! I cant believe I almost went to a crappy awful ER instead of this lovely, calm and amazing place! The prices here are so good its the same price as my Dr copay.Cant recommend enough, thanks Rosalind!
