Horrible service! Dr. Is limited in English. I was a cash patient and he did see me. Then I found out that he takes my health insurance. I went to my appointment and told him he’s in my network and my insurance verified that they’ll pay for my acu. Visits. He came up with every excuse not to see me. He said I had to wait two weeks till the lady that does his Billings gets back from her vacation. I’m not sure what professional does that. I called my insurance company in front of him on speaker phone, they basically said that they’ll pay for my visits with no cap. I can see him as many times as he thinks I need acupuncture. He said he couldn’t see me. Needless to say I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I drove 40 minutes to get to his office and I did have an appointment with him. Unless u have time to waste and be aggravated don’t go to him. I’m real disappointed the way he handled my situation. On his door he has a sign with names of all insurance companies he works with but he has no one in his office to bill the insurance companies. I don’t know how he stays in business. 0 stars.
