Great experience. I got 3 angles of xray of my broken toe for $60 cash. Good quality and very fair pricing. I only wish I hadnt had to go through the hassle of getting a referral from my PT. (I think in years past they didnt require a referral. So it goes...)

The visit was efficient, calm, and straight forward. The staff was very nice and I was impressed at how smooth it was to get an MRI. They communicated throughout the process and made me very comfortable. Great health experience as far as health visits go.

Staff is always friendly, patient and kind (as evidenced by the number of people who who are challenged at following COVID precaution directions - for this I give them huge kudos!). They are also good about being prompt with appointments and getting me my images on a CD right after my visit so I don’t have to make a return trip to pick it up.

I was scheduled immediately upon receiving the orders from my primary care physician and seen within 30 minutes! My xray tech was amazing! She was friendly and took the time to talk to me and make me comfortable. She talked about how much she loved her job location and it was very encouraging as I am currently working toward a rad tech degree. The front desk staff was also very friendly. It was the first day for one of the employees and she was very friendly, smiley, gentle, and gave a calm presence. She was eager to learn and her co-worker exuded patience and kindness. Thank you for a great experience!

Appointment was at 7 pm. staff was fresh and ready not at all tired which I thought they would be at the night shift. Front desk was friendly and efficient, I felt safe with her following all the Covid protocols. The Mri Tech was very kind and helpful. I told her I was nervous and she made me feel comfortable.

Everyone from scheduling to checkin and the actual exam was very polite and competent. Additionally, I was thrilled to see that each employee was correctly wearing a mask (proper mask-wearing is not a typical situation in many companies in Colorado). Also, Health Images required that all patients wear a mask and they kept proper distancing and they followed proper COVID19 procedures.

COVID safety protocol was very good, procedure was very quick, technician was pleasant and efficient.

Great experience! Everyone was nice, the facility was clean and the MRI machine was very new. I have had 25+ MRIs in my life and have some claustrophobia but have chosen to just fight through it because I dont want to deal with the sedation and finding a driver. This scan was easy because I didnt even have to go inside it. I hope they open an office in Fort Collins so I dont have to drive as far next time.

The condescending technician that treated me in the Longmont office on 9/4 @ 9 a.m. had the wrong orders for my imaging. Yet, insisted SHE was correct. She was not. When I told her the CORRECT imaging that should be done, she was offended, telling me quote WE NEVER DO THAT. Uhmm, yes you do (CT with contrast) because Ive had it done. Utter nonsense after an atypical long wait in your holding pen where I arrived early with all the redundant paperwork filled out well in advance. Ive used Health Images several times. Never, ever again. And please tell that wicked woman, this patient advocates for himself and will continue to do so. Try a little kindness and humility next time and DONT throw your co-workers under the bus for YOUR mistake.

I suggest to whoever is with the patient to be compassionate to their pain. I.E. Do not walk faster than the patient. They may feel they have to keep up especially if the doctor is talking and doing so may increase strain or injury.

You were able to coordinate same day results with my Ortho in Loveland and I finally have some answers.

It was quick and painless. Very little waiting time. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I had a great experience with the MRI department and the Personnel that greeted me when I walked in. They were very professional, yet fun. By that I mean it was not a stuffy office feeling. I was seen on time, my results were faxed the next day to my referring facility. It was also very clean. I would definitely go there again.

The ladies were great. So friendly and welcoming. My daughter had to get a MRI scan for her arm and elbow and was nervous but the front desk staff made the environment cozy and there was music and refreshments that made the kids comfy. did not feel like a medical setting so my daughter was at ease.

The technician who performed the ultrasound to determine the status of my hernia was friendly, professional and thorough.

Handled the Covid procedures very well. Felt very safe, secure. Testing was prompt. The technician was kind, personable and educational. Ultrasound sent to Radiologist immediately. and I heard back from my Doctor the very next day.

Fast and easy to setup an appointment, after arriving to there location a call to there office answer a few questions and you go into the office a few minutes later a technician calls you in for your procedure. I had a CT scan and was out from start to finish in 45 min.I am very satisfied with the Longmont office.They also accept the ZERO card so the cost is great.

The tech who did the ultrasound on my knee and lower leg was thorough and professional. She did not hurry but worked in a timely manner. She explained what she was going to do and the procedure went smoothly. She asked if any of the positioning was painful. Concerned for my privacy by draping me when I positioned on the treatment mat. Good experience overall.

Buyer beware! Multiple times have we utilized this place and every single time, the results were USELESS. We paid HUNDREDS of dollars to look into these things. We had an ultrasound that was marked stat, and the tech was obviously bothered that she had to stay to do her job (and help us be sure his appendix wasnt about to burst... no big deal). She told him it was definitely inflamed, but then didnt send the results on time to his doctor, when they were finally looked at, our doctor couldnt see anything useful. We rushed to the ER in the middle of the night, 3 kids in tow, thinking this was it. Well, the staff at the hospital took all of ten minutes to see his appendix was just fine, and it was a kidney stone, that just has to run its painful course. So.. we could have saved that money too. Thanks for nothing, again.

Your staff is very friendly and professional. Very understanding that some people have anxiety about claustrophobic issues and work to make you as comfortable as possible. The only issue I had was the music was overpowered by the noise of the machine otherwise it was a good experience.

Was sent a bill, made a payment, sent another bill the next month with my payment taken off, made another payment, sent another bill, all is well, I make my payment they send me another bill. At some point they decided without letting me know to just send me to collections. Now I have no way around the collections. Now I make my payments to collections agency and take a huge ding on my credit. Dont bother with them

I received my 20 week ultrasound here and the ultrasound tech was terrible. She seemed to not care about showing me anything that was going on and looked like she didn’t want to be there. She could barely tell me the gender and not to mention didn’t even show me the screen until the end of the appointment after she jiggled my belly multiple times to get the baby to move in a different position. Hated the experience I received from here and I would never go back if I were to have another child. Ultrasound screening is important to me to see how my baby is doing knowing I only get to have 2 and this was the last one I felt like it was a terrible waste.

I was referred to HIL by the good doctors at Nexterra. What a fabulous experience from start to finish. The reception team greeted me immediately and quickly got me registered. While waiting I witnessed a caring and sympathetic staff taking care of the other patients. While watching their large screen TV I enjoyed a nice tea from their Keurig coffee machine. After my short wait, a very professional technician ushered me to the back where things were handled efficiently. This is a great office and with a very professional staff. Im glad that true customer service is alive and well in Longmont!

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

We felt this experience really did not meat our expectations of our ultrasound. The technician was cold and very brief with us. An ultrasound is a sensitive and special moment but this felt impersonal and unwelcomeing. It certainly was not a positive experience and we wouldn’t recommend it.
