We called on a Sunday and our phone call was answered promptly. I asked to get a head check for nits and lice because my daughters school had it going around. Within an hour my daughter and I were able to get checked by an amazing woman named Robin who was so informative about how head lice work and the right precautions to take if it’s going around my daughters school again. She was also great with my daughter! I’m so glad we have support from lice clinics of America!

Robin was very thorough and knowledgeable. She made this process much less overwhelming and my kids were done in an hour!

I went into the Longmont office and Robin was so sweet and professional. She really checked my scalp over throughly, and was also very gentle. I would return (although, I hope I don’t have to) if I ever have a lice scare again. It was nice to find help after almost a week and hours of trying to getting all of it off my daughters head and still not getting it all. They were very nice and professional. Roxie has been amazing! She was very kind and approachable for my girls and very open to all of my questions. Roxie made a very uncomfortable situation feel normal and like something that can be handled completely, as well as made plenty of practical recommendations for prevention. She helped us gain a much better understand of the modern science and dispel the massive amount of consistent misinformation available online.

We called the Saturday after Thanksgiving holiday and luckily they had staff on call! They were kid friendly, professional and very educational in how to treat and prevent reinfestation. Once they realized how many family members they had to treat, they also called in another staff member to help lessen the treatment time. I am an RN and tried every over the counter treatment method over the last two months without success! I finally caved and went to the lice treatment professionals!

We had a great experience, Robin was great with us. My girlfriend was freaking out when she found lice in her daughters hair, wasn’t sure to much about it so she started asking her mom and other family members. And decided to just come in to me sure about it and sure enough her daughter had lice, so she decided to get checked herself and found out she had one too. She freaked out and robin was great wit us treated them and was very useful with answering all of our questions for being the first time going through all this. I would recommend this to anyone that has no idea about it and to be treated by as well. I want to thank Robin for the great experience and being helpful.!

Roxy took our appointment next day on a Sunday. She was so professional, yet really took the time to be relatable to my 13 yo daughter. They watched Lilo and Stitch while working through the removal process. My daughter was comfortable right away and didn’t seem to mind the procedure.I suggest double checking your Flexible Spending or insurance coverage. Mine paid, so win-win! I would recommend this to any parent who encounters lice at home. The peace of mind is worth it!

Dealing with lice at home can be a nightmare! Leave it to the professionals at the lice clinic to kill every single egg. Who knew that the over-the-counter medicated shampoos would take 4-5 attempts....that could take a month!!Added bonus: I feel so much more educated about lice.

I am so relieved! My daughter had lice and I was truly freaked out! None of the over the counter medicines worked for me! I found out they call them super lice (resistant to chemicals). At lice clinics of America Longmont they treated my daughter and were so nice! They checked me too! I will never try this at home again!Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Sanity savers!! I m truly grateful . I have been fighting theselovely bugs called Lice with my daughter for the last 3 years. I have spent countless hours of my time over these years combing out her hair and using products that destroy her hair just to have the lice come right back. I caught wind of a new lice clinic from a very colorful van I seen driving around and decided to call them up for help. BEST THING I EVER HAVE DONE!! It was such a relax environment my daughter did so well through the One hour treatment and to top it all off they were ALL DEAD WHEN I LEFT!!!! Thank you again !! I will be spreading the word of the fantastic clinic.

This place was a lifesaver! So much easier than trying to get rid of lice at home. One hour and we were lice free. Fast and professional service.

Great people in the office, worked very hard to get entire family checked and treated only those with the infestation. They gave us ideas for when we travel to help diminish the possibility of catching again along with tips for our day to day life. I was surprised to hear the selfie generation (ages 13 - 20ish) are the new age group catching and spreading them, until I thought about how many times my daughter and friends are putting their heads together for those great selfies.
