The woman at the front desk is going to be very patronizing and treat you like you should already know what’s up. One of the more irritating experience I’ve had for walk-in services. If there is another clinic near you, skip this one unless you want to be treated like a child and over hear some gossip while you wait.That said, Melissa Younger who collected the sample was very professional and articulate about what’s going on, what to do, and what happens next.Date visited 3/16/2021

The staff was professional and friendly. The facility is clean and had quite a few mechanical weight equipment available. They empathize with my pain and made my visits comfortable. The doctor is a good listener and the therapist help me recover. If you never been to this place, I would highly recommend it.I enjoyed my stay and look forward to getting injured right away, just kidding 😂🙂🙃. Thanks!

I went there for part of a hiring process for a new job, the ladies in there were so nice and fun! Didn’t feel like it was a chore at all, took 15 minutes at most.

I was very happy with the courtesy of the staff. I came in for a random drug test ,my job hung in the balance, I was there for 2 hrs couldnt go, nurse says lets try, I washed my hands before going and the sound of running water opened the gates I was able to provide a sample.... You people need to seriously install at least small water features close to where candidates are waiting for drug testing so this stimulus can help donors get the job done!!!!! Thank you for all you do, sincerely.

The front staff, the physical therapists, doctors, everyone took great care of me. They listened to my needs and my concerns and now my knee is better than ever. I couldn’t be happier than the service I received with the Longmont staff.

I’ve had to go here three times for work-related things (physical, bloodwork, etc) and it’s a 90 minute wait regardless if there is anyone in the waiting room. I told the nurse I wasn’t waiting and she replied “expect a 90 minute wait every time you come here.” This place is a huge no for me. I’ll never go back.

Coming to Concentra was the best decision that I made concerning my health needs for an on the job injury that I received.The staff are friendly, courteous and very professional.The NPs are very considerate and concerned and are very interested in making sure that they recommend the best personalized individual treatment that is In my best interest.The PT is awesome, especially in Longmont.I was given straight A treatment and recommended therapy to help me reach my goal to be back to living a safe and healthy lifestyle.The staff at the front desk always had a positive attitude and I always left feeling that I was in good hands.

The ladies at the front desk here are wonderful, the only good thing about this location. The primary doctor here is trash and the male physical therapist is also trash, for multiple different reasons. I was forced here due to workers comp. and they could care less about actually helping you heal. Definitely working for the insurance company. I recommend the Fort Collins location, they are not incompetent like the staff at this office. 10/10 would not recommend.

The receptionist was great. Efficient patient kind in an impossible situation.The facility was COVID unsafe— circles supposedly for social distancing 3 feet inside the doors so I had to walk within a foot of the person?!?!??!!!!!!!The med tech walking me through the PT department within 2 feet of an employee who turned her head and said hi to me!!!! Really? Spray your germs on me when I shouldn’t be anywhere near you?!?!???The med techs Erin was too small.I was too closeTo her.She didn’t say the pens were clean and I watched her sign immediately after me on the electronic signature pad after she’d been working on her computer.The worst was that the toilet wasn’t flushed fromYup previous client and she calmly flushed it—no lid— beforeI couldMove back!!!!THEN— she took 2 pieces of tp and Wiped most of the seat and left the room with an injunction not to flush wash my hands or run water.I have reported you to the Colorado department of health.I couldHave been infected with COVID REPEATEDLY because of your greed, laxness, poor training, and disregard for my health and the Health of your clients. I hopeYou have to close down or close and rebuild.Shame.

Went her for a physical, lab work, and drug screen. Everybody there was very kind and professional. Would go her again.

The front desk staff is AMAZING! They are so helpful and always kind even when they are swamped with work. They are ways willing to answer questions, address concerns and fix whatever issues may arise. The PT staff is also very good. I had a few sessions with them and they did their job well, were very attentive and knowledgeable. Those are the two reasons s for the 2 star rating. If it was not for the front desk staff and the PT staff this place would get 0 stars. The doctor in this location is one of the worst doctors I have ever encountered. I have never been hurt on the job until this injury and I walked in here expecting to get treated like my personal primary care physician would treat me. However that has not been the case at all. I would not recommend anyone to this location and probably not to Co centra at all because of this doctor.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT COME HERE FOR DOT PHYSICALS. They are pushing too many driver to sleep studies and telling drivers they have to use who concentra recommends. Physician turnover is very high with a staff that is more about policy than the patient. First and only time I will ever use this company.

It was an incredibly long wait for my visit. It took a total of four hours for my physical exam, urine test, and movement ability test. I believe there was tension between the front desk person and the staff. There was no sense of organization at this facility. I believe my process could have been completed in one hour or less if it was more organized and if the staff knew how to perform the tests needed.

The people are very friendly and I was in and out very quickly.

There is allot to say. No vitals done at first visit, didnt irrigate my cut, stitches in for 10 days, my thumb had broken open 6 times. Also no follow up appointment after removing the sutures. The doctor is like talking to a wall he says what he wants then its done. The blonde up front is awesome., She seemed to know how to bandage and properly do things compared to others.

I was told my pre-employment physical would take approximately 90 minutes and it turned out itwas a bit shorter. Actually I could have done more exercises and not minded it. Very friendly staff. The doctor was friendly and professional. Overall I had a good experience. Did not have to wait long to start the process.

Prompt and courteous. The MA I saw was excellent at blood draw. One stick and I bled! No pain with stick! The doctor is down to earth and nice. One of the ladies at the front desk was very nice, approachable and friendly. The other one wasnt as much. The nurses there were all very snobby and you could tell they didnt want to be there helping you. The doctor I got was very harsh, and quick with his job. You could also tell he didnt really care about much. Overall, I would not recommend this place. The staff is rude and careless and the wait time is ridiculous.

The doctor was fine. I was not a fan of taking time off work to get a prescription refilled. The doctor didnt do a thing except ask me what I needed and wrote me a new prescription. It was something they could have done over the phone but my time and the doctors was wasted. On top of that I still had to pay over $100 for the visit and that was with insurance. This system is broken.

This office was horrible. im in and out of doctors office quite often (typically UCHealth), i was forced here for workers comp and i have never came across quite an unsanitary, unhelpful office before. the bathrooms had no sinks. which is questionable in a doctors office. i didnt see any visible sinks within the perimeters of the bathroom which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. doctor didnt sanitize his hands ONCE. Nurse didnt sanitize hands my first visit. secound visit was 03/19 time of a virus outbreak going on so this time around she wore gloves, but still had gloves off while typing on computer, to see the doctor come and type on the same keyboard directly after, and not sanitize hand before turning around to work on me, his patient, contamination. first visit he also grabbed a ruler supplement to get an estimated size of my wound. w/out sanitizing the ruler before touching it to my leg or after touching it to my leg. he just threw it in w/ all the other supplies. contamination. doct also told my job completely different thing then he told me. he wrote to my job “return to work on 16th w/ offer of low duty work.” but he wrote on my paper “return the 12th w/ low duty work” which i did, and almost got written up for due to job thinking i wasnt supposed to return till the 16th but me being told completely different information. long story short. this place isnt worth youre time and is at risk for potential contamination.

Small location with seemingly a focus on physical therapy. Took a long time to just give a lab sample and told only one person there capable of doing it. They were professional and capable but for any significant or urgent assistance i would recommend anywhere else.

I came to this location after being struck by a vehicle. I worked with Kevin for the most part, but think I ended up seeing just about everyone there at some point. For the girls on the counter upfront, to the therapists in the back, I was very impressed with their professionalism and how they took care of me.Thank you guys!

I arrived at Concentra at 1:50 for a 2PM back to work physical, handed in my paperwork and took a seat. At 2:40 I was called to the reception and was given six sheets of questions to fill out. I Turn them in and then was asked to wait again until I got called. At 3:15 I was finally called again and they took my vitals, pulse, blood pressure etc and then ask to wait some more. At 4:15 I was finally called again and asked to do a strength and dexterity test, took about 10 minutes. I was then shown a room and asked to wait for a doctor. The doctor didnt arrive till 4: 45, give me a quick check and I got out at 4:55. 3 hours for a back to work physical is totally out of line but I had to wait or I couldnt go back to work the next day.

The ladies at the front desk were sweet, but the nurse that took me back was cold and not very friendly.

Great personal care and service

I went in for a standard DOT physical. Everything went routine, until I needed to get my blood pressure checked. After over an hour of waiting for my BP to normalize, another physician came in and used a different cuff and my BP was completely normal, I think this option could have been discovered sooner. But overall I am happy with Concentra.

Very nice people good experience I just had to track down my own health history type things that the guy at the counter told me he was going to do and then once I got me into the room in there they left me for almost an hour with my little paper boxers on and I didnt really know what was going on but all in all good time

Not only were they extremely inefficient the doctor went completely against surgeons recomendations.

I was placed in a room with a medical assistant that couldnt spell and asked me how to spell certain words. That left me little confidence in the doctor. Then the doctor came in and spent 15 minutes asking me questions and 2 minutes examining my problem.

I left urgent with reactinary arthritis in both feet and knees. I have spent weeks in extreme pain and can barely walk or sleep. I was offered no pain relief just anti infamitoy drugs. In my opinion I have been allowed to suffer because of some insane drug policy. Shame on you for letting people suffer because someone else abuses drugs! I was prescribed tramadol years back when recovering from an ACL injury. It helped my quality of life and allowed me to function. Whats changed?

I went in for a DOT certification and I was not pleased with the doctor only giving me a 3 month renew. I feel there is no reason for him to have just given me a 3 month.

I never write reviews. Ever. But the Lab tech, Beverly, took such great care of me that I feel compelled to say something about this visit to your facility located on 120th in Thornton, CO. Beverly’s customer service was STELLAR and what made it so was not only the fact that she listened to me when I told her that my left arm was better for drawing my blood than my right which most of the time no one listens when you say something like that... it’s like it becomes a challenge to them and then they have something to prove... 3 sticks later they go where you told them to try in the first place🙄... but, more importantly, what also made it stellar was that she was completely professional, efficient, personable and kind hearted. Let’s face it, no one likes getting stuck with a needle, especially if you’re someone like me who is a hard stick, Beverly made the entire experience painless and pleasurable! Kiddos to you Beverly, you have mad skills and you’re a joy to be around! If you ever wondered whether you make a difference in people’s lives, please know you made a difference in mine. It was great I walked in was greeted by a freindly professional young man.he had me fill out some paperwork real quick.then told me to sit down that someone would be with me shortly.About 2 minutes later I was called backby another friendly polite young man.He exlained procedure to me ...offered a copy of information to me...explained to me how to keep injection site from hurting....very pleasant experience

It was easy to navigate and didnt take but a few minutes.

Expect to be here for more then 2 hours, if your coming for a physical or drug screen. About an hour and fourty five minutes was pure waiting, do the math.

Very unprofessional. U.S. HealthWorks’ job was to complete a job related physical and an EKG was a required test. They failed to shave my extremely hairy chest prior to my EKG. Per the doctor, my EKG results were the worst Left Ventricular Hypertrophy reading he had ever seen on both EKG’s they performed. Based on this fact he failed my physical and would have cost me my job, if I did not immediately seek another opinion. Later that afternoon, I had another company perform an EKG. The technician chuckled when she saw my chest and said she knew why I “failed” the previous EKG. She performed three (3) EKG’s that all came back perfectly normal. U.S. HealthWorks could have cost me this job and the doctor never questioned why an otherwise healthy 32-year-old would have “the worst Left Ventricular Hypertrophy reading” he had ever seen. A very unpleasant experience.

Very bad experience. US Healthworks will make appointments for therapy sessions, the cancel the appointments without any notice.In April 2016 I had an initial evaluation session with US Healthworks. I set up 6 additional appointments for therapy sessions. Of these, US Healthworks cancelled five, notifying me of the cancellationsone day before the appointment.Over the past six weeks, when I was attempting to have two therapy sessions per week, only one session has taken place.

Got there 15 minutes before my appointment watched other people show up after me and going before me then I went back put my keys cell phone in the lock Box Then went back to see the doctor he asked me if I wore glasses while my glasses were on my face also he asked me what was aliquis that I was taking for I think a doctor should know what pills are used for Then everybody told me I could leave I told them I cant because you still have my keys and cell phone they were supposed to give that to me right away For a dot physic physical it was not very good or professional did not look up my spine did not look up my shoulder thats been broken in the past like everybody else does

I was getting a flu shot, I filled out the paperwork, got the shot and left. Ive had less trouble than any other time.
