Wonderful! She is helping me with a couple different back and muscle issues.

I have been seeing Savanna at Olde Town Bodyworks consistantly for roughly 6 months. My body has never felt better. She is an amazing massage therapist and really listens. Every time I get a massage from her, they get better and better and they just have more health benefits. I was not a huge believer, in the past, of what massage can do for your overall health. Savanna has totally made my whole perspective change. I sit at a desk all day long and she really understands how to reverse that damange and work on the areas of my body that are most pained due to that postions.I also recently had hip surgery and she is so knowledgable about the body and about injuries that she has helped my recovery dramatically by massage as well as helping me understand how everything in the body is related. She will show me stretches to help manage my body in-between massages.If you have any sort of issues, or are just looking to treat yourself, this is the place to go. The room is quiet and inviting and she is just one of the best ever! I highly recommend her and her shop to EVERYONE!
