Several family members and I needed a special form (required by Japan) AND a hard copy of our results in addition to the electronic results of a rapid covid test. I called about 20 locations in Northern Colorado and Flatirons Family Pharmacy was not only the only testing site that would do this, but they respond to emails in 0 minutes, answer the phone in person, and are cheerful and friendly. Best service Ive experienced in many years, anywhere, in any industry. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Great pharmacy overall, I always try to support smaller local businesses. But cmon, put the masks on your employees. The cashier didnt wear one despite their own signs requiring everyone to. There were unmasked customers and unmasked staff members.

I had a horrible experience here. I scheduled an 11:30am self pay covid test and waited for over 30 minutes in the parking lot for someone to come out. I understand conflicts happen but the woman behind the counter could not have been ruder too me like I was somehow causing this inconvenience rather than a simple “we’re really sorry” but . Rarely leave negative reviews but she was honestly such a mean individual that I will not be back there (their testing used to be very convenient).

This place is PHENOMENAL! Trying to get tested or vaccinated for COVID can feel like navigating a labyrinth at some locations. Flatirons Family Pharmacy has an incredibly easy to use website where scheduling is a piece of cake. Instructions are very clear throughout the entire process on where to go and what to do. The woman who helped me was very friendly despite dealing with a number of customers at once. I could not have had an easier or more pleasant experience. Highly highly recommend!

This is by far the best pharmacy I have been to, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about coivd 19. I came in today for a covid-19 test , I was greated by a friendly pharmacist who answered all my questions prior to giving me my test, I needed certain information on my result paperwork so I can travel , he was very prompt on giving me the test & giving my results! He even recommend supplements I can take to help boost my immune system to try and keep me safe from Covid!! The employee behind the counter was very friendly & helpful when she rang me up for my new supplements & gift items I found inside this cute pharmacy. I will be back to fill all my prescriptions here ! I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who is looking for a new pharmacy. They will go above and beyond for you !!!

Got my first covid vaccine here last week. Huge thanks to the owner for posting availability and answering questions on Next Door. Staff was very professional, process went very smoothly. Absolutely the best pharmacy around. They compound, do pet prescriptions, vaccines, same day COVID PCR tests, and DELIVER prescriptions and OTC items for free! And the best part? They are some of the nicest, most thoughtful people around. Oh, and the gifts and extras they have on hand are really awesome, too!

Ordered a compounded script through my doctor and their staff is shockingly rude. I asked for an ingredients list as its pertinent for my health I know the inactive additives (hence getting it compounded) got what I got which still makes me sick. I did recieve a verbal communication on what some of the additives were but thats it. Find another compounding pharmacy.

Flatirons recently ran a COVID-19 vaccine clinic in Longmont. It was very well organized, the pharmacy staff was very helpful, very professional and very personable. Their handling of extra doses at the end of the clinic was spectacular. Id highly recommend Flatirons Family Pharmacy. FFP hosted a COVID vaccination day here in Longmont. I dropped in to see if they had any extras / leftovers from folks that didnt show up. Rodney (Pharmacist) was amazing! He told me to wait around and if they had leftovers hed make sure they were used up on the folks in line. Sure enough he was good on his word. He used up all the vaccine on us, maybe around 20 +/-. He and his crew went above and beyond! Thank you for getting me my shot early!

It is wonderful to be able to walk in and get expert honest advise from your Pharmacy. Jen has saved me big dollars with her attention to detail she isnt just an order taker. Efficient, courteous and friendly pharmacy. Ive been using them for a compound prescription for about a year and never had a single problem. Once when I was unable to pick my RX up, they delivered it to me for free, even though I am out of their delivery range. I highly recommend them.

Before our cyclone bomb weather event, a staff member was going to drop off my prescriptions on her way home. My family and I live in Loveland now and will always have Flatirons Pharmacy fill our scripts. Big box pharmacies could learn a lot by treating their patients/ customers the way the staff at Flatirons treat people.

The space is really nice and cozy. Ive been going here for a couple of years and have overall had a good experience. They refill my meds quickly and keep in contact with me. Ive heard they also are inclusive and welcoming to all people, so I recommend them when I can.

I will not use them again. Ordered a prescription and they said they would ship it to me, this seemed common for them. Paid the copay and asked for it to be sent to my work since my home mail is often messed up. I was told Id get it in a few days. 2 weeks goes by with nothing arriving. Called to check and they sent it to my home. So I paid for something that they wouldnt refund because USPS said it was delivered and they sent it to the address I specifically told them not to send it to. They were nice about it after but it really annoys me how dumb it was on their part.

Having a 21 year old son with a life threatening seizure disorder, it is imperative he have his drugs in stock and filled on time, despite the very expensive cost to stock a particular prescription. After trying home delivery auto refills for years and then Walgreens for years, due to needing to have immediate local response, however both options left us without the drugs which led to grand mal seizures when missing doses. In desperation I searched for a locally owned pharmacy with whom I could develop a relationship to support our urgent need and I luckily found Flatirons Family Pharmacy! The owner herself has catered to emergency fill needs, even when they have been closed on Sunday. This pharmacy is conscientious, priced well, cares about their patients and is the best pharmacy this 54 year old women has ever come across. I recommend them strongly to all family and friends, and post this for my community recommendation. Move your PBM, Walgreens, CVS and grocery store RXs here and you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, but instead surprised by what you have put up with at box stores and grocery stores! Transfer today! Im here visiting from out of state and ended up very sick. My insurance would not cover medications out of wyo. Out of pocket it was over $100 at walmart.Lucily i googled local pharmacies and called flatiron. Doing so ended up saving me over $30. They came to where im staying picked up the prescriptions and had them back to me in just a little over an hour.Wonderful experience, very helpful and caring. Im very thankful such a bad experience turned out to be not so bad.Thank you everybody at flatiron.
