I would highly recommend going here at SCL health Firestone. Dr Susan Hayes and her wonderful staff are the best. After the last two doctors I had there I did not want to go back they wasted my time and got me in and out as fast as they possibly could half the time I didnt even get to talk about why I was there because they had to talk about the past appointment for 15 minutes. To me that shows me they were there just for the money and not for the care of their patients. Dr. Hayes truly cares about her patients and so does her staff. I truly enjoy going back there again.I would have to say, that if not for Dr Hayes and her staff I may not be here today. They helped me survive Covid. If not for them being persistent and getting my x-rays as fast as they did and having great communication with me and other providers I may not have made it.I Have to give a shout out to breann. She is my favorite medical assistant she is very good at her job and we always have great conversations. If Im having a bad day she always makes me laugh.I just want to say thank you Dr Hayes and staff from the bottom of our hearts you are the best. My family and I are forever grateful.

Unfortunately, this place has not been the same since Dr Banks left. It would have been great to continue the level of care she provided to our community.

Dr Nolen is amazing! He treats you like a human being and doesn’t rush you through your appointments like most doctors. My fiancé and I moved to firestone about five years ago and truly feel we have found our local family doctor. Thank you Doctor Nolen!

The front desk receptionist is so nice and caring! I love my doctor at this office as well! I switched over from a Salud doctor who was always rushing you right out of his office and wouldnt actually listen to his patients. My doctor at this office is caring, listens to EVERYTHING I need to tell him, hes thorough and knowledgeable too! Best choice I ever made switching to this office!

Dr.Nolen is thorough, extremely intelligent, and one of the kindest people I have ever met. He truly has a passion for his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

So I noticed there are a ton of bad reviews on here. I just happened to go to this place because it was in network and close to home. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by the staff immediately. I didn’t have to wait long, and it seems as though the entire staff has been replaced. Dr. Nolen senses how nervous I was and put all my nerves at ease and was very thorough and honest. The nurse drew my blood (I hate needles) and she was super gentle and I didn’t feel a thing. So glad I found this place! It will be my new clinic from now on.

I have been with Dr. Banks for a few years, and I have always had the best care possible. She takes time to listen, and is always working towards my good, Always. Her staff have always tried to accommodate me on my schedule. I wish all of my doctors were Dr. Banks. Thank you Doctor!

I have been going to Dr. Banks for a few years and have been very happy with her. Now that she is no longer there, the front desk is horrible! They never answer the phones and never return phone calls for an appointment. I have left 2 messages to schedule an appointment and have yet to have my call returned. Very disappointing. Looking for a new Dr.

Consistently poor customer service. 45-60 minutes on hold for a receptionist is not a rare occurrence. Be there before 5:00pm or you will be run over by the exiting staff. The doctors and PA are good but the support staff kills this place

First off our family loves doctor Banks. She is amazing.The office staff on the other hand is terrible. We started seeing Dr Banks a few years ago. The staff had never been that helpful, but we liked the doctor. Lately its hard to even get someone to answer the phone. The last few times we called it was a no go to get seen. We were told it would be several days. Come on!! With sick kids you want me to wait days for them to be seen?? This morning I tried to call and get an appointment because my throat is swelling. They open at 8:00. I called and called from 8-8:30 and finally someone answered. I started to ask if it was possible to be seen this morning and before I could even finish my question, she cut me off and said there was no way to get seen today. Very rude. I asked to speak with the office manager and she sent me to voice mail. I called back and she said she was not available. Not sure if Dr Banks k owns about this issue with front desk. I will be contacting her because I feel she needs to know and give her a chance before we just look for a new doctor in the area.

This office is great. I went in a few months ago hadnt had time post. The staff is great and to the point which I love. The Dr.s are great and actually want to help. Coming from California the care was refreshing and would recommend to anyone. Thank you again.

Kendra at the front desk is rude and disrespectful, she clearly is unhappy in her job. Came in early, she could not find me for appointment. Tgen she Copped an attitude and argued I had just had blood work two weeks ago so it was too early. I guess they have a doctor manning the front since she is an expert on my chart. She told me I would just have to wait, so I walked outside. When I came back in she said oh you are too late now for your appointment since you left. I sincerely look forward to speaking with the office manager on this...hope she will return my calls.

Im noticing that a lot of the negative reviews are from over 6 months ago. If the office staff was bad at one point, then they have definitely been replaced. The new staff is so kind! I have been seen here a few times and felt genuinely cared for every time. I tried switching to where my children are seen just for convenience sake but it didnt work out. Im extremely happy that I have somewhere great to go; that is caring and close, if I should ever need.-Emily

Where do I start? I feel like the entire staff is extended family. So very friendly and genuinely concerned for my childs well being. Always gets us in when we need it and never makes us feel rushed. Dr Banks and the rest of the staff always take the time to listen and include you in treatment decisions when possible. Love this office.

Called to make a last minute appointment, because my son and I were sick to see if they could fit us in.The receptionist, Misty was her name was very nice over the phone and in person! She fit us right into Doctor Banks busy schedule! Doctor Banks is amazing, my family and I enjoy having her as our Doctor.

I have seen Dr. Banks since she has been in Firestone, now my whole family sees her. She is an exceptional doctor. I have never had any problems with her staff they are great.

I was referred here, so I stopped in because the door said they accepted walk-ins. The staff at the front desk when you walk in was not friendly at all. I asked if they had anything available and she huffed and puffed to the back to ask the doctor. Another person came out who was somewhat friendly but they made it seem like it was a hassle to find out if the doctor would take me. Ive heard good things about the doctors but if they want clients to keep coming back, they might want to have someone who can greet clients with a smile.

Terrible service! I had a group of staff members gossiping about ME to each other and when the staff noticed that my door was open and that I could hear them; they did the polite thing by whispering the rest of the conversation. I would not recommend them because they are immature and rude.

When I went into the office the lady who takes you and checks your regular stuff(blood pressure, weight) was very rude she was very snotty and puffy when she asked the routine questions. She couldnt get my blood pressure taken my arm was going numb and it hurt and I let her know. She just got mad and told me not to move (even though I was very still) she kept on going even though it wasnt reading it. I finally asked where the main artery was and she got offended and didnt answer me. She took me back to my room got the hand pump one. Put it on my arm I asked again where it was because she had it wrapped around my arm in a weird place and I was just curious. She again got irritated and she left saying that the doctor will do it and didnt even try to check it. It was not a good experience. The font staff makes this establishment look very bad which is sad because The doctor however was very easy to talk to and it was a quick visit once he got in the room.... 2 weeks later I had to call back the office because the treatment didnt fix the whole problem. The lady who answered the phone was very rude when I explained my situation. She didnt want to bother helping me just wanted to take my number so that when the doctor came back the next day he would deal with it. Obviously these women do not want to be here and get very irritated when they have to do their job. When i talked to the office manager about these problems she merely stated that I should go find another doctor. Theres nothing that she could do. I will NOT be going back! This is a terrible office

One of the worstdoctors offices ever. Had an appointment for1015. After watching the clock tick for more than a hour and watching several walkins for flu shot g ahead of me.I left.terrible service.have no idea what the appointment system is for obviously.still never saw doctor..this officeshould be closed..it is a disgrace.

Dr Banks is wonderful and listens well to her patients! I would recommend her highly!!!!!

Dr.Banks is awesome but her front office staff are totally unprofessional.They are rude and not compassionate at all.Its too bad that they are making people go elsewhere for quality care., which is what Im doing due to their lack of people skills .

Clean facility, knowledgeable staff, compassionate.

Doctors care was adequate, but the reception and scheduling staff need to be replaced.
