Not sure about their electrical work, but their drivers seem to like to tailgate people in company vehicles. They need to address their company culture there. Would recommend against via principle after seeing the issue.Thank you for the response, hope you see improvement. Moving to neutral since you guys at the least care enough to address it here!

Working with Bret’s Electric was the worst experience I have ever had working with a contractor. I was recommended by a friend of a friend. I had a garage fire and needed someone to come out and make it safe to reinstall my electric meter. Justin, the project manager, came out on Thursday and said he could get me an estimate that day and could do the job the next Tuesday. I called and cancelled the other electrician I had scheduled because they couldn’t do the job for a couple of weeks. Never got a call back. Called him on Tuesday-“Oh, sorry. I’m really busy, I’ll have something to you this afternoon.” Nothing. Called back on Thursday-“Oh,man, sorry! I’ll get that estimate today.” Nothing. Called the office phone on Friday and spoke to the receptionist. She got Justin on the phone. Admittedly, I was pissed this time. “I’m sorry. I’ll get that estimate by noon and I’ll have someone out at 7:00 Monday morning.” Guess what. No call back on the estimate and it’s 7:40 Monday morning. Nobody showed up. Now I know that, across the board, the construction industry has worse customer service than the airline Industry, but this went beyond that. It’s almost like Justin hated me and was purposely trying to sabotage me. I own my own business and I get busy. It’s not that hard to call someone back and follow up on your word. Now it’s about to freeze and I have no electricity to power my furnace.

Just seeing how these people drive is enough to never do business with these guys! I was tail gated then cut off by one of your female drivers then watched her do it to multiple other people. Completely disrespectful and unsafe for those around us. Going 75 MPH on the interstate isnt the time to be so close to other cars that they cant even see your front bumper in a PICK UP! Your stopping distance sure as hell isnt as is not as quick as my SUV. I can guarantee that. Complete disregard for others and their lives!

Very unprofessional driver. Apparently driving the speed limit wasn’t fast enough for him. He was tailgating me down highway 34 toward Loveland and aggressively sped up, crossed double yellow lines and honked his horn at me. He was using his company truck to do it too. Sorry I couldn’t be fast enough for you- I had sleeping children in the back which you woke up when you honked at me. Thanks a lot.

Excellent company and very professional. I took a friend there for an interview and they were awesome. He got the job and they offered him great pay and benefits. I have also received some feedback on work they have done in the Fort Collins area.

They have the most modern style lobby Ive seen to date.
