10 minutes of a recording telling me to get on their portal OVER and Over while telling me how important call was. Apparently not enough to staff your phones enough. I have a problem with any business that would rather have you interface with their website instead of a person. When I finally got a person they were more concerned with my insurance and how Id pay then helping me. Final straw was when they couldnt get me in for a month and a half. It just felt like this was all about them and not at all about me. Ill pass thanks and I urge you to as well. Theres plenty of other doctors who will put you first.

If I could I wouldnt give it a signal star!! Dr. Andersons office is so disorganized that I dont see how it still is functioning.This was my first visit to this office. The moment I got there the I was greeted by hearing Kim, the medical assistant that took me back, stating I quit and Im done and yelling at the top of her lungs right at the front desk in front of her other coworkers and other patients that where in the waiting room with me. Needless to say I wasnt very thrilled that she was the person that brought me back to the room. She took my vitals and told me that I had a high blood pressure, I asked her retake it because I know it has never been as high as she claimed and she was just rude about it.I mean who would want to go to a new doctor when their employees dont even want to be there?! I have never felt so unwelcomed at a doctors office before. I wouldnt even want to work at this office and I am sure not going back as a patient.I really think that they need to get their office straight and that who ever is doing the hiring for this office needs to find better employees before they decide to take on any new patients, because personally I wont be going back. I will be finding a new urologist that has a more friendly staff that wants to be there for their patients, not have their employees throw fits and is more professional and knows how to help run a doctors office.

Dr Webster is a shining star and his staff is always great. totally happy with the quality care i receive every time I need to come in.

They got me in ASAP and were very professional. Surgery on Friday back in the gym by Sunday and back to work Monday.Was in and out. Have sent 3 friends to them all with the same experience.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Steven Luke. He was 45 min. late for our first appointment and more than an hour late for the second one. He came unprepared to discuss my condition and I had to ask for specific test results, that were already paid for. He had a hard time finding these results. Overall, Dr. Luke showed no consideration for my time and medical condition.
