When our beloved dentist retired a few years ago, he enthusiastically recommend Topham Dental. I am glad he did since the staff and care there is excellent. I have been especially pleased by their cautions during these Covid times.

From the front office staff (Naomi is phenomenal) to the hygienists, everyone is professional, yet very caring. I moved out of Longmont and yet still drive to be seen at this practice. Dr. Topham has been the best dentist I have used. His bedside manner is second to none, and he truly brightens my day - not something I ever thought I would say about a dentist! I highly recommend Topham Dental.

I had been putting off dental work for about 5 years because of a very painful and negative experience in the past. I was very scared and planned to put it off... pretty much forever, when suddenly a tooth with an ancient filling cracked and the decision was made for me! I had to get in ASAP! Dr. Topham and his team got me in right away, his office manager Naomi is amazing! Once there he and his wonderfully caring dental assistant listened to my fears and made me as comfortable as possible. I plugged in my headphones and zoned out while they went to work. I needed a crown and a filling and he did them both back to back. I felt minor discomfort... mostly from the shots to numb me but honestly felt NO PAIN throughout the almost 2 hours I was there! Dr. Topham has the perfect demeanor for a dentist: positive, witty, optimistic and SO KIND! Dont be like me, go the dentist twice a year for cleanings and checkups, and go to Dr. Topham if possible!

I have been seeing Dr. Scott Topham for at least 8 years now. The whole office staff is always very friendly and efficient. Dental work can be painful and scary. I have never felt any pain during any of the dental work I have had done and Dr. Topham and his staff have always made me feel at ease. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from the time you arrive to when you leave. Dr. Topham was warm and understood my concerns and offered options that fit me. This was the first time a doctor listen to me and offered solutions based on my needs.

Dr. Topham has excellent facilities and processes, many modified for additional safety during the COVID-19 era. My wife and I have used this service for our routine dental care as well as needed services such as fillings. Always fast and friendly and I highly recommend their excellent service.

Had the first stage of a root canal replacement done today. Dr. Topham and his staff are top notch. That includes utilizing state of the art equipment. I have recommended Dr. Topham to family and friends on several occasions and have always gotten positive feedback from them. Would highly recommend!

Dr Topham and his staff are very friendly, patient and professional. I feel very comfortable during cleaning, xrays & dental procedures. I especially like the detailed diagnosis and explanation of the process. This is a big Plus!-->Dr Topham gets the area numb 1st time every time. White knuckle episodes at the Dentist are a thing of the past.

Dr Topham is TOP NOTCH! Along with his staff, Melinda his assistant, they are so thorough and attentive! I went to Dr. Topham for a cleaning and some fillings. He did an excellent job and was sure to check up the next day to see if there were any issues. He believes in doing a proper job. His office staff is full of very friendly and knowledgeable people. I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental work of any capacity.

I have been going to Dr. Topham every 6 months for many years now. Excellent service. Great dental hygienists to work with. Very courteous. Dr. Topham himself is an excellent dentist and my teeth have been in great shape. They have taken very good care of my teeth.

One of the best dentists Ive ever been to, both for children and myself! He is the first dentist Ive ever been to that I didnt have any pain when he gave me the numbing shot. I was so surprised! When I asked him how he did that, he told me about his trick... BRILLIANT!!! Seriously... those shots usually make me white knuckled because it hurts so much. Also my son shattered his front teeth in a bicycle accident when he was 8 and Dr. Topham was able to fix the cosmetic fillings he had so that his teeth look amazing. You cant even tell they are fillings! And perhaps the best example of his meticulous care is that my gums have been receding for well over a decade on 4 of my teeth. I even had gum grafting done 10 years ago only to have the gums recede again, despite my efforts to do everything that was recommended to me by the surgeon at the time. I had literally been trying to find a way to halt the gum recession for years without success. When I expressed a concern to him about this he spent several minutes analyzing my bite, etc and did some very minor filing at a few points of contact and it is amazing how much less tension I feel in my jaw overall. I didnt even realize my jaw had been so tense until it was gone. Even better, the gum recession is no longer getting worse! Amazing!!! It was such a simple thing, but none of my other dentists had ever thought to even look at that, even though I had discussed the problem with all of them. Wow, I cant tell you how much I wish I had seen Dr. Topham 10 years ago! Amazing eye, and attention for detail. Its a great feeling to know my family is in such capable hands.

Amazing dentist! very friendly, caring, knowledgable and professional. I always feel I am in very capable hands with Dr. Topham and his staff. He explains all issues and procedures clearly, and performs quick and thorough work. His cosmetic work is impeccable! Dr. Topham also did a fantastic job helping my 7 year old daughter feel comfortable during her first filling, so I would recommend this practice for the whole family.

He replaced Dr. Rothbard who was also a great dentist. Hope I never have to go to any other dentist.Jill who use to work for Dr. Rothbard and now has been working for Dr. Topham for some time. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Scott Topham for a few years now and we are very happy with his professionalism and services.I had been struggling with severe upper dental infections for years, I honestly feel was threatening my health and well being.After consulting with Dr. Topham we decided the best approach was to remove the problem teeth and go with upper denture.Thats the best decision I have made; he did an outstanding job on my upper denture, I no longer have severe headaches and my level of energy and clarity have increased ten fold.Dr Topham is the only dentist that listened to what my symptoms were and clearly understood my pain and suffering.Dr. Topham saved my life and I truly am grateful.To top all that my denture fits like a glove with no denture adhesive needed, I still have my bottom teeth that Dr Topham keeps in good condition.
