I had eyelash extension services for over three years from this location. Dee is the best lash artist. She always adjusted to my needs. The quality of the products is great. Recently got my lashes done somewhere else because Dee is no longer there, but it was a complete disaster. Highly recommend you come to a salon like this for services as delicate as eyelash extensions.

Don’t buy the membership! I got a lot of rollovers and I can’t book any appointment because it’s always fully booked. So I booked 2 months ahead of the time and a few weeks before my appointment, they said the therapist quit and they want me to cancel my appointment and didn’t help me find any other solution. I signed up for membership for massages and they want me to use it for facials. I have been lenient and using them for facials but wanting me to cancel a massage appointment I made 2 months ahead of the time is unacceptable. The worse thing is that they didn’t even try to reschedule for a near date. I have 6 rollovers left , which is about $360. So hey Spavia, just take my money without giving any service back. I will never return to this place.

This was a birthday present I gave my cousin for her 60th.The desk people were pleasent, but when the massage therapist came to get her, she offered her a robe or not, and when she chose to take the robe, she said in a rude tone she should skip the robe as they are short on time. ALSo no one told us to be early.Secondly, as I stated it was a gift, and I added on 10 min for a special foot massage, with stones etc. Massage should have been 70 min, 3pm to 4:10. but she was done and dressed and out front by 4pm.The front desk did refund me for the skipped extra, but that was extremely disappointing as I wanted my cousin, who has had a tremendously hard life, to feel special. It felt hurried.And obviously inattentive of what was booked.

My husband got me a gift card for the holidays. Today I used it for a facial and hand treatment. My therapist was Lyris. This was my first facial ever and she was very friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable. My skin feels great. I hope I can go back again sometime.

I have had good facials and massages here in the past but everyone I liked left! I just has a terrible sports massage. The therapist was so sweet but very weak. She knew just a few strokes and did no intake questions. She was late, when I said the bed heater was too hot she piled blankets on me! After the gentle stroking went on for a while I asked when she was going to start the actual massage, she said she she was warming up the lotion?A high turnover of staff so if you get to like someone and they are good they often dont stay. They didnt stop memberships while they were shut which was unfair. If you stop.your membership you.loose all the sessions you but built up on credit during closure.Essentially luck of the draw. Some good and exeprienced but some not. But for $130 inc tip for an hour they should train their staff properly to ensure consistency.

Just had the best massage from Carrie last week. I recommend the 80 minute. My friend had someone else and said it was THE best massage of her life and her massage tech was extremely knowledgeable.

Made an appointment days in advance and the esthetician didnt even bother to show up. Completely ruined my plans for the day. I even called to confirm my appointment in the morning. Could have at least told me then and I could have found somewhere else to go.

Had a great experience with Julia! I had multiple stress/tension/hotspots and she was incredibly knowledgable and effective. Literally one of the best massages Ive ever had. The lobby/checkin area got a little too crowded but everyone wore a mask.

This was a great first experience to Spavia. All staff were friendly. Facility was clean and made me feel safe and relaxed during these COVID times. There was a disgruntled customer being very unfriendly to staff at the check-in/payment area while i was waiting for my service. The staff handled it extremely well and professionally. Only thing is I purchased a serum by FHF recommended for me and didnt notice it has honey, which I cannot use. Not sure if it can be returned!

Upon leaving a spa one should feel blissful and relaxed, not annoyed and short changed! I arrived at my appointment time . . . after being checked-in, changing for my massage and being taken to the treatment room, the therapist informed me there was not enough time to give me the full 1-hour massage. The solutions were either to have a partial massage or reschedule. Not the spa day I was looking forward to!

Nicole is absolutely wonderful! She made me feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. The heated neck wraps in the waiting area along with chocolates is a great bonus! Really like the locker system as well. They dont pressure you at all to sign up for their membership or buy their products...its purely just there as an option. Cant wait for my next massage!

Was not informed at the time of purchase that I would be required to wear a mask during my “relaxing massage.” Not my idea of relaxing! They won’t do a refund on a USELESS and EXPENSIVE gift card and the manager was rude and has no interest in helping her clients it’s all about the money.

This was my first spa experience ever. My shoulders and back have been hurting for years and within an hour Travis in Longmont was able to help me so much. I recommend Spavia and Travis in particular. I will definitely be going back when I have the $$. They do have a couple of membership specials that makes going there a little less expensive but you have to have the money to go to the spa regularly (like monthly to bimonthly) for it to be worth it.

All the staff are wonderful. The hydroderm facial is fantastic. I recommend the deep tissue massage and hot stone massage as well. Spavia gives a high end, quality spa experience with really affordable prices. I got the premium membership and have really enjoyed all the various treatments.

What a delightful surprise here in Longmont. Last Friday was the first visit for me and my daughter who was visiting from out of town. The Spa is lovely and very relaxing and the employees are extremely accommodating. My massage was the best ever and I will definitely be returning for more. As a matter of fact I will probably sign up for one of their generous memberships.

Brian was absolutely amazing! I needed a deep tissue massage and he got underneath my scapula, worked on my IT bands, tensor fascia latae and had no hesitation to get in there and stretch it out! I workout quite a bit and frequently get massages- was very impressed with his skills and knowledge. Great guy.! Will definitely be back to see him.

I was skeptical to get a massage again because of a bad experience I had years ago that left me worse that when I arrived with weeks of losing neck mobility. Julie is amazing, I’ve been going to her for quite some time now, and I enjoyed my initial massage so much I signed up for the monthly membership. On the days I’m crazy sore from workouts she’s more gentle and when I have huge knots that need to be taken out she really works them out without leaving me with the painful experience I had in the past. She is always so tentative and kind, and checks in during the massage to make sure you’re getting what you want. I’m so happy that I found her, I will never go to anyone else.

The girls did a great job with both facial and massage. I enjoyed picking out my lotion scent and music. I also like the lounge area. Very relaxing. The only issue at all was during some of the massage there was hammering next door which is out of their control.

I have gotten great advice on skincare while getting a facial, with product recommendations that were helpful without being overly pushy about buying their skincare products. Spavia is a wonderful spa for those who like tranquility and relaxation. While maintaining an affordable cost, they manage to create a peaceful getaway. Each guest is offered a robe and sandals then proceeds to wait in the relaxation room, which entails dim lighting, water fountain, lavender scented neck warmers, and beverages. It is my favorite spa in Boulder County hands down.

Today we had our first appointment cancelled--understandable as the person doing the original service called to say that shed been in a car accident. Rescheduled for later in the day with a different person and arrived on time. Waited for 20 minutes, no word. Went out to ask the person at the front desk. She said wed be seen shortly. Ten minutes later, was informed that they had no idea why the technician was running so late and told that the service (a 16-dollar lip wax) would be free. Okay but Ive been waiting half an hour for a service that takes ten minutes. Am assured shell be right out. Wait a full 20 minutes more before inquiring again and get, Oh, she still hasnt come to get you? Finally, an entire hour later, got the free 16 buck lip wax. Totally unprofessional. Will not be back. **Updated** The owner did contact me and was not in residence when the aforementioned error occurred. She gave sincere apologies and did her best to address the problem and took 20% off my next service.**

Easy booking a last minute massage after long weekend camping. Check in was quick and efficient and the warm neck wraps in the relaxation room were a nice treat. Masseuse Randy took his time to find out what I wanted and gave one of the best massages ever! He worked out the kinks we talked about and several I didnt even know I had. Sometimes after a massage I feel drained, but this time walked out feeling rejuvenated. I definitely recommend Randy!

I originally went to Spavia using a Groupon because I wanted a massage. Turns out it was a great experience and Im now a member and have been bringing different friends with me each month which has been so fun! Its in a great location with restaurants/coffee shop close by to eat before or after to extend my experience. There is also plenty of parking. Its clean and relaxing. I think their prices are very reasonable. I have now had many massages and a facial and have never been disappointed.The only thing I would change is that I wish they had 2 showers so that my friends and I could shower at the same time.

I have a plate in my neck and had an extreme headache today and was not able to get in to see my doctor. I called SPAVIA to see if they could get me in. They were able to squeeze me in within the hour and had one of the best massages Ive ever had with a deep deep rub and Im glad to say my headache has not gone away. I have found the place that I will continue to only go to from now on thanks again to the staff at Spavia.

I was a little skeptical when I booked the appointment. Spavia is located in the new Longmont mall (little more than a glorified strip mall), so I expected something like Massage Envy, which I dont like (newbie practitioners, hard sell for ongoing subscription). Im happy to report that Spavia was SO much better. My massage therapist, Erika, was terrific, and told me she had 12 years of experience. She managed to find every single sore spot (including some I didnt know I had!) and release them. Afterward, I felt better than I had in months. My aesthetician, Cindy, also did a terrific job with my long-neglected eyebrows. She was very meticulous, and very professional. At checkout, they were very low-key on the subscription thing, and as a result, I *DID* sign up -- and am looking forward to my next massage!

Great place to relax! Been coming here for a while now and they are always very friendly! Much better the Massage Envy. They really gives you more of a Spa feel rather then Massage Envy that gets you in and out as quick as possible. All for the same price or close to.

Everyone I have seen so far has been great and listens to my needs and they are not overly pushy on products. The person that does my facials is helping me build a regimen of products that works for me and we are peicing them together visit by vista. She doesnt try to get me to buy a whole bundle at once.

After one visit, I easily signed up for more. I had a facial by Carly and it was really wonderful - cozy bed, gentle hands, that warm vapor mist, silky products, amazing smells. I never felt rushed, only pampered. Honestly, I felt a year younger!

Worst owner and front desk staff. Prepare for them to lie to you and take your money. After my treatment, I was greeted with I thought I was done with you upon check out. I wouldnt call that good service or any way to speak to your guest. I was also told they record your conversation when you book with them. I have been to other Spavias before and they told me they do not record your conversations. They have signs up that say hassle free cancellations. My cancellation was anything but hassle free. I actually cancelled my subscription because I have multiple sclerosis and was in so much pain that once a month treatments werent enough. They ended up taking my money for two additional months and wont let me use the credits. You should also know they give reward credits for positive reviews. If you leave reviews you can get added massage time and add ons to your services!

I wasnt aware that fills every 2-3 weeks would be pushed and wouldnt be covered in the membership I bought. I found I could easily go every 4 weeks without a problem. Let me just saythe estheticians are amazing, especially Dee and Jessica. They are the only reason I am giving 3 stars.My issue is with the attitude I always get when it comes to Paige at the front desk.A couple months ago, I came with my documents in hand to terminate my membership due to Paiges aggressive attitude. Dees(my esthetician) kindness when I opened up about my concerns kept me from following through.Sadly, instead of feeling relaxed coming to the spa I would always cringe if Paige was behind the desk. I knew more products and a higher plan would be pushed on me. When I make appointments she pushes for me to upgrade and even argues with how/when my appointments should go. Anytime that she is not in, I have had a great experience. I even find myself buying products or upgrading services.The negatives now outweigh the positives for me.I would just like to be able to make an appointment and/or have a service without being pressured constantly and without being treated like having the basic plan isnt enough. Isnt this a place where I am supposed to relax and feel calm especially since I am a member? Looks like I will be cancelling my membership.I need to edit this to reflect my latest interaction. The manager, Cassie called me and made things right. Paige is not working there anymore so now when I go in Im not getting the high pressure sales. Also, I kept my membership because Dee is amazing. She does such an incredible job on my lashes. Added bonus: they last longer too so my membership makes more sense. I do find myself upgrading my service which adds up over time.

Randys deep tissue massage is one of the best I have ever experienced. He was so knowledgeable and really in tune with what muscle group to really work extra on.Also, the staff was extreme friendly and helpful. The overall experience was fantastic.

Very classy.Great receptionist. My massage therapist(Randy) was awesome. He knew how to work all the knotted and painful areas so I felt better walking out than when I walked in. (I expect some soreness on a deep tissue massage - but not worse different pain which happened at a different massage place.)Would recommend Spavia highly and I love their massage packages.

I had an amazing 60 min massage with Randy. He did some fantastic trigger point release and my neck and shoulders feel fantastic. Everyone was super friendly and the facility was modern, beautiful and spotless!

Really nice massage. The locker rooms are also great. They have everything you need, including a shower if you want to rinse off before or after your treatment. Overall, great place to go with a friendly staff and good pricing.

Spavia in Longmont is great! The facilities are clean and comfortable and the massages are fantastic. Sports massage is the best I have ever had.

I have been going to the Longmont Spavia for over two years. I have had massages and facials and go almost monthly for eye brow waxes. My mother even purchased a membership because we went often enough to make it worth it. After my eyebrow wax with Maggie on 2/15/19 at 12:20pm, they have permanently lost two long term customers.Because her hot wax was not ready she chose to use soft wax. It was painful as she mashed it into my skin and caused undue swelling and redness. I wish that was the worst of it. She finished with my right brow then my left. She didnt tell me anything was wrong, but said Im gonna go get someone to help and left the room before I could even ask why. Their head esthetician came in and said so you know whats going on right? I said no, I did not. She told me to look in a hand held mirror. Almost half of my left eyebrow had been ripped off!!! Even the right eyebrow was completely uneven and awful. It looked, and still looks worse than I can properly describe. I began to cry. She told me to lay back down and try to relax, as they tried to make it somewhat better by removing more from my right brow. I had to put my hands over what was left of my eye brows, and demand that they stop touching my face. I understand that you can not un-wax hair. However their only solution was to try to sell me make up, to draw it in, at a steeply discounted price. I was told numerous times this happens sometimes If you are a professional esthetician, does it really? I left in tears, with only a brow pencil, that they acted as though they were being gracious to give me, free of charge. I spoke to the supervisor Casey, later that day. She said she had called and spoken to the owner regarding what they had done to my face. She seemed to care, but again, their only offer to make things right, was to discount any future waxing services. If I wasnt so upset, I would have laughed at the idea of ever allowing anyone who worked at Spavia to touch me again, let alone having to pay a single cent for it. The idea of paying them, to fix their mistake, caused purely by lack of training, skill and actual caring, is what makes this experience beyond terrible.I post this review in the hopes that anyone who books any kind of waxing service at the Spavia Longmont, wont have to go through what I went through, and will look to other places for their waxing needs.
