Kirstie Yocolano Has the worst customer service skills that I have ever encountered. I do not recommend this place, all they want is your money. $140 a session. She informed me that the free consultation was 20 min. over the phone, that I never received. I was charged $140 on my first phone call to this business without a 20 min. phone consultation. They assume you want to start with them on your initial phone call without a 20 min. free consult.
