Couldn’t agree more with the review below about getting over charged $700. DO NOT SIGN WAVIER, every time I brought up being overcharged or incorrectly billing. Both billing department and office location in Longmont use that waiver to charge however much and whenever on the card they recorded on you first visit. Please go somewhere else ….trust me. Keep your money.

Their financial systems are all messed up. They almost overcharged me over $700 and sent me two bills from over a year ago.Their recent bill didnt make any sense, so I called and asked for their complete records of my bills and payments. I reviewed my payments history and compared what they said I paid vs what I actually paid. Turns out that they forgot to record one of my payments.This office has lost all of my trust and I cannot recommend them to anyone (unless you want to obsessively check if youre being double-charged).

I just started coming here and I have to say Im very impressed. The staff are very professional, calm, and can be really fun to talk to which really helps you relax and makes it more comfortable to be there especially for those who have anxieties in the doctors office. Definitely would recommend. :)

Horrible customer service. I never experienced the medical care at this facility because the office staff was enough for me to change my mind about being seen here.

I specifically made an appt with Dr. Dave. A couple days before my office visit, they called to tell me it was a different day and that I can see another doctor that day. I requested to reschedule with Dr. Dave. The next opening was a month later. Ok, fine. I go in in hopes of allergy relief. Did some extra testing that the main allergy test didnt pick up. $1000 office visit later, I have a nasal spray that would show relief right away. Never got relief. Left a message about the increased sinus infection. No response back from the doctor. A few weeks later left a message stating the nasal spray never gave relief. No response from the doctor. Called again, they forgot to give him the message and that he would get back to me. Still no call back. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Very nice people here. Scheduling is easy, and doesnt take long.

I was very impressed with Dr. Li’s knowledge. He reminded me of things I’d forgotten, offered specific suggestions and samples of hair and skin products. A further note, I have used the suggested shampoo and body lotion and have been VERY pleased. I was a bit surprised that I was given an initial ‘skin scratch’ test by one of the young ladies in the office without the skin surface being cleaned first (there could have been soap residue and I know I applied body lotion before the appointment). The cost of the office visit was surprisingly high however I do recommend Dr. Li very much.

My son has very bad allergies, in fact he should probably live in a bubble. Dr. Li has been great to work with. He was a great guide as we decided whether or not to use cluster therapy in getting my sons shot protocol going. He has personally called me when I have questions. His staff has also been great about answering questions, especially regarding coordinating with a practice out of state where my son will receive shots when he enters college in the fall. I’ve been going to Flatiron Allergy & Asthma Center since 2012 and I’m very pleased with how well they have taken care of me to address the needs of my Allergies and get them under control, they are very helpful. Dr Li and his staff were very professional, warm and knowledgeable and I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Li and his team. Dr Li spent a great deal of time with me over several visits to determine the cause of my allergies and dermatitis and I never felt rushed or hurried. Thank you Mrs Abbey

Dr. Dave and staff in the allergy clinic are phenomenal. I have had terrible allergies for over 10 years and Dr. Dave was able to get me on the road to recovery quickly and painlessly (as much as possible). This is my first spring after getting allergy shots and Im feeling great! I would recommend Dr. Dave to anyone. His staff is just delightful and the office is a nice place to be when getting treatments. I have been a patient for 4 plus years and life is so enjoyable with their help

Dr. Dave is amazing. Once we switched to him my daughters asthma symptoms got better so quickly. He put her in age appropriate medication and explained everything so we could understand. So glad we found Dr. Dave.

The nurses and front desk are so nice. Their service is great. They take all the time they need with patients.

Dr Dave and everyone at Flatirons have been great. My sometimes-severe lifelong allergy to cats is completely fixed after 5 months of treatment. Always professional & friendly, they have my full appreciation and gratitude. My daughter gets to keep her cat:)

I was very pleased with my experience at the Longmont clinic. I had a few questions that were answered to my satisfaction and everyone was very friendly and kind.

I caught a cough in March of this year after flu. I had multiple doctors visit including Urgent care since then. I finally scheduled an appointment with Doctor Li in October. He listened to me patiently , I didnt feel rushed at all and he did a thorough check up. After 2 weeks of medication coughing is almost gone. I am enjoying my regular lifestyle again. Thank you Dr. Li for your excellent diagnosis and service.

Horrible billing experience. I never received a bill, phone call, or email with my balance on it. I had no idea I even had a bill until it appeared on my credit report. I’ve trying calling them and because they do not have an answering machine I can’t reach them, as I am out of the country and can’t call during the times they’re open.On top of this, I received little to no help about my medical issues. I was ordered to do some expensive testing and got no feedback on it besides “everything looks okay to me”I wish I never went here.

Dr. Dave was great! He listened, was professional, compassionate, and gave me good suggestions to address my issues. Highly recommend.

The staff at Flatiron Allergy & Asthma Center are exceptional! They are always courteous and very knowledgeable. Ive been doing allergy injections for the last few years here and they seem to be working quite well. I would recommend this place to anyone with mild to severe allergies.

Everyone at Flatiron Allergy is top notch. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating, the nurses are kind, knowledgeable, and very competent. They always take me in right away- I have rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my shots. I have never felt rushed, and Dr. Dave carefully went over all of my treatment options, answering my many questions. After changing my medications to the ones he prescribed, I have had noticeable and substantial relief from my allergy and asthma symptoms. I strongly recommend this office.

Flatiron allergy has done a great job. They were great with my 5 year old when she had to have allergy testing done and the ladies are always very nice. They are always so friendly.

Cant say enough great things about Dr. Dave, Dr. Li, and the staff. Very competent, gentle, and thorough care and treatment. Dr. Dave diagnosed an incident for my daughter when our regular MD didnt, simply because Dr. Dave was looking/listening to the asthma.

Office wasn’t equipped to handle infants. A different doc came in than we had scheduled with and didn’t explain why. Bedside manner was lacking. Knowledgeable though.

DO NOT TRUST THEMAwful and unethical. Told them that I had histamine-related allergies. They said they can help and invited me in. Once in, they said that they dont handle histamine-related allergies and billed me for the visit.I requested to dispute, they said I would hear back from someone, instead they submitted to a collections agency.

Ive been a patient at the Longmont Flatiron Allergy clinic for over 4 years and Im thrilled with the progress Ive made in dealing with my asthma and allergies! The staff of Dr. Dave, Karen, Kimberly and Marina are exceptional in their treatment practices as well as their patient interactions. I love my allergy clinic and would recommend them to anyone in need of allergy help.

The doctors and staff/nurses are kind and professional. However, they have recently moved to a new office on Francis Street, and the waiting area is much too small. There are usually 20-30 people crammed into an area about 15x20 feet. Air circulation is at a premium and you can tell a) what everyone had for lunch and b) whos got the worst personal hygiene. This literally set off my claustrophobia. We cant do this every two weeks. Were officially looking for a new allergist.

I was very grateful to find Dr. Li. After years if run arounds by i expert medical professionals he diagnosed me with the mast cell disorder I knew I had on my first visit. Staff and nurses are kind and great. Definitely recommend this clinic for folks with allergies and immunology issues

Dr. Li not only provided exellent care for my recent asthma and allergy visit, he also made a recommendation to have an unrelated issue checked out, which resulted in uncovering a serious and urgent health matter. I am very thankful for his help.

The staff at Flatiron Allergy and Asthma have always been very welcoming and friendly when I have come in to get injections. They seem to be very knowledgeable and have confidently answered any questions I have had along the way.

This office is truly professional. From Dr. Dave to all the staff. The shots really seem to be helping with my allergy symptoms also. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with allergy and/or asthma issues.

I ended up with a $700 bill for a Celiac blood test that this office ordered for me. As I had made sure this office was in network, and that the services offered were covered, I trusted the office to do all services within my insurance network. Turns out they made the blood test for a lab that was out of my network. My insurance refused to cover, and this office also refused to help! Im furious. They kept blaming my primary doctor (who was the only office willing to help).There have also been a few hiccups with scheduling, which were annoying but quickly resolved. Another major complaint is my one appointment with Dr. Krishna Murthy. He was very amiable, but he wasted a lot of my time on tangents that had very little to do with my allergy concerns. For example, he explained in detail how yogurt was made! He also gave me misleading allergy information that Dr. Li and the front desk staff had to fix.The only somewhat redeeming quality is the front desk staff and nurses are really nice. Dr. Li is very knowledgeable and good at explaining procedures and medical issues in simple terms. Im just angered that the other important aspects (scheduling and billing) went awry.

The staff at the Longmont office is the BEST! Super friendly and helpful with the kids everytime. Karen and Marina have been with us since 2013 when we started. I would recommend this office and Dr. Dave to anyone!

This is a great facility with amazing medical staff. Without a doubt I know my kiddo is in good hands here and well cared for by the nurses, nurse practitioner, and doctors!

Didnt have a great experience here. Felt as though the doctor was extremely rushed and didnt want to answer my questions or clarify my treatment plan. It also felt as though they were dismissing my symptoms and experiences. Doubt I will be back.

My son and I have been patients for several years now. Everyone is always very nice and the allergy shots have provided welcome relief of our allergy symptoms.

Saw Maxwell Li and he was very helpful and kind, made me much less nervous about coming back!

I was told I could come in to get a free sample of an inhaler I desperately need. Upon arrival they told me they never received a call so I then showed them the call on my phone and they acted like they had no idea. They didnt ask any of my info on the phone just told me to come on in and then promptly turned me away at the desk and told me they would not give me a sample because I wasnt already a patient. Wasted a hour and half running around thinking I would get relief but that was not the case. If their front desk cant even remember a phone call that happened not even an hour before I got there I can only imagine how they handle the rest of their responsibilities, look elsewhere for a more caring team.
