These ladies are wonderful. Carolyn never fails to find an appointment time that works with my tight schedule. When I first met Dr. Donna Mitchell I had quit running due to a pulled hamstring. She had me back running in a couple of weeks. Since then she has kept me healthy so I can continue my triathlon training. Without her help I would never have been able to complete 3 Ironman Triathlons in 2 years. Shevone is a great massage therapist. You will love her. Outstanding office. I highly recommend them.

Where do I begin? These women have changed my life! After 16 years of chronic pain, 2 cervical and brain surgeries and trying every option available, I was still in the most terrible pain. It started in the base of my skull and shot down my neck and shoulders every single day. The only thing I had never tried was acunpunture. I was SO skeptical! But, to my surprise, it was the answer to my prayers. After my first visit with Dr. Mitchell, I already had relief. For my second session, I followed the acunpunture with a one hour massage from Shavonn to help with the soreness that followed the acunpunture. She is, hands down, the best massage therapist Ive ever had and Ive seen more than I can count. I havent been in pain since my first session. I have NEVER gone more than a full day without neck pain in 16 years, until now. The pain is GONE. I cannot begin to Express my gratitude. Donna and Shavonn gave me my life back! And Carolyn is what every person dreams of experiencing when it comes to being taken care of with scheduling, etc. She is ALWAYS so kind and always has a smile on her face. This place is a godsend and I cannot be more happy that I found them!

Shevone is the best massage therapist that I have found in years. She gets those pesky trigger points out, trains her patients on how to avoid getting them in the future with stretches and core activation, and she is incredibly flexible with her schedule to fit even the busiest of clients. I love feeling the facia crackle as she mobilizes my muscles.Donna amazes me with how much she can give during an appointment. She works on as few or as many issues at once as I need. Whether I am dealing with heightened anxiety and stress, or if I cant move my head in one direction because of how tight the tissue is, she will squeeze me in for an appointment, and work with both my body and the knots to get them out as easily as possible. 2 big thumbs up!
