I had a problem with their website where it would tell me the provider I want is Accepting New Patients but then when I tried to select that provider, it gave me an error that the provider is Not Accepting New Patients. I did this for two different doctors. So I called Member Services. Michelle started arguing with me. I shouted back, SUPERVISOR, SUPERVISOR, SUPERVISOR. Michelle then transferred me to the wrong number! The worst customer service ever. Fire Michelle now.

I wish I could rate negative stars. I worked for this company for a couple months and even I hated working there, my co workers as well. From the time I started working to now, I was the only one left and new people got hired...all the other coworkers I got hired with had quit within few months...this was not even 6 months from the start date.From working there, I could say 95% of the members were not pleased with Molina. They all complained and I got to know Molina from a members perspective. All the calls were recorded, but I wish I couldve expressed that it is worst working for Molina than being a member. The management is unorganized and very unprofessional making the work environment hostile and uncomfortable. This job caused me so much mental stress and anxiety, we were to call members everyday to convince them to make appointments for their assessments. We had a quota to meet everyday on a certain amount of appointments to make...so booking appointments became like a sales position and I felt like a telemarketer.Horrible experience.

After several months of inexcusable neglect from my healthcare provider, I had finally reached my limit of being jerked around.I called Molina to change providers.The lady who answered my call (Sarah) was well beyond patient and understanding while I went on with my rant about my provider.Sarah was very helpful and took extra special time and care to help me find a new provider.I called the new provider and was given an almost immediate appointment.Within hours, I had several referral confirmations with specialists and appointments were made.I cannot express my gratitude enough for Sarah who took the time to treat me with so much respect and understanding.Thanks to Sarah, Im finally getting the needed medical attention that my former provider chose to ignore for so long.Thanks Sarah, youre the best!

FRAUDS. They advised i was hired for a position, made me fill out and sign all their stupid paperwork, and all of a sudden i get a call today saying the position has been cancelled. You guys are garbage. They take adantage of employees and patients. DO NOT ENROLL WITH MOLINA HEALTHCARE, THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS.

Definitely the worst customer service I have had with health coverage...Just because she may be having a bad morning, Change the attitude in your voice because I still may not be face to face, but your voice shows it. Yall need representatives with compassion and listen, but I tell you,I asked her about the premium and before looking up the account she started talking about God knows what!!! I tell you, you all need to hire some more professional staff. I wish I had her name but oh well I will find that out and make sure to report her...YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TOTALLY SUCK !!!!!!!! 👎

One the worse customer service. You will have to wait 3 hour to talk to someone. The website always breaks. The marketplace insurance does not automatic active unless you spend a 5-6 hours a day calling Molina for a week. They do not want to help looking in papers. They want customer to fix their issues. I wish I can give negative star.

Molina, the same company that was fined in 2015 for the way that they mishandled their clients grievances when trying to seek help. Recently, Molina has willfully on numerous occasions, written -libel- statements in their responses to my grievances. Molina has also harassed me -after- submitting -and- obtaining a receipt for my RA request. Molina may seem like a reputable company because they give to charity and do all types of activity with people in need but when you get behind the smoke and mirrors, they are a company that would rather work against you than with or for you. Molinas grievance and corporate office is corrupt. What blows my mind is, I recorded -all- of my conversations with them, yet, they -continued- to write responses to my verbal grievances of things I DID NOT EVEN SAY. No, I do not support anything they do and if you do your research and look for real reviews from real clients, youd find that others think exactly like me. I advise everyone to -never- do a grievance on the phone for the reasons I have just provided. Also, record -all- calls because if they are obligated to write a statement about the conversation, grievance or not, it may be totally distorted and far from what was actually said. When receiving grievance responses that are inaccurate, respond immediately in writing and attn the grievance dept. and the CEO taking several video and pictures. In fact, dont even post your number online or in a paper document for them to see. You want -all- communication to be done in -writing-, not so much that they wont lie about that either but still. Please look at reviews on Yelp for -real- reviews.

Molina health care has been excellent in providing a great service for me and my family. My pregnancy was much smoother and they assisted me in the best way possible during some rough times. I was suffering from depression after I lost my dad on the 28 of 2019 and loss of my uncle in 2020, molina sent me a healthcare nurse named Brittany who listened and called me to check on me. This amazing nurse always went above and beyond to assist me and gave me comfort that I could call anytime. January 13th I had some odd pain I was experiencing and had no idea what it was I called my midwives and obgyn nobody picked up, I called them 6 or 7 times. I called my Molina health care nurse because I was scared Brittany picked up and suggested I went to the hospital. I went into the hospital to find out I was dilated by 6 cm and in active labor. I gave birth to a bueatiful baby girl. This nurse even called me to see if I was ok because she hadnt heard from me that day. Words cannot describe the amount of kindness I experienced with Molina. Im very grateful for everything that Molina has helped me.

I regret becoming a member. You can never get on the phone with a representative, they have the longest useless automatic messages and no options to reach any representative on the phone. They encourage you to visit their website which has a terrible user experience and design with buggy functionality that didnt let me change my password and log in in the moment, I cant even see my bills, Molina is TERRIBLE. This is healthcare in America, you cannot provide this type of service charging the same that Kaiser Permanente does.

For second time in a year Molina has denied me a diagnostic procedure. Neither time was I notified of the denial ,the first time I was at the hospital for the appointment when I learned the diagnostic test could not be preformed.I am a Medicaid patients. In this companys mission statement ,they pride themselves in giving excellent care to Medicare/Medicaid VIP patients. By denying me these diagnostic teststhey have put my health at riskCaused my BP to rise to storke level,Caused me to have to make several trips to a specialist instead of only one.An appeal of this deceion by someone who knows my health situation NOT, would take 30 days!!!! What if I didnt HAVE 30 days to wait Molina?This is a terrible way to say you HELP PEOpke.

I was threatened with intent to assault me as well as my new born baby called a bastard yesterday by a Molina healthcare worker while she was on the clock working for Molina healthcare. I’ve reached out to Molina to resolve this issue but have not heard a peep. Very disappointing.
