Dr. Edwards and the entire staff are very professional and extremely nice. They always make my visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.

Hello My name is Dennis and I am posting on this account because I dont have my own. I went to Dr. Edwards for four years. I stopped due to the fact that I felt my teeth werent being cleaned well. When I went to the new dentist he found many problems, one tooth was so bad I need to have it pulled due to advanced decay. Another one I kept asking about had to be filled. When I asked Dr. Edwards about this tooth I was told it was due to receding gums and would be fine. All of these factors will result in my having to have 4 teeth pulled. The staff is great and even Dr. Edwards was nice just didnt do their job. So if anyone is not sure youre confident in your dentist I encourage you to get a second opinion. It will save your teeth.

Tried getting in to this establishment for 8 months for my follow up. Left several messages with no one returning my calls. Once I got through to someone I was told its been past their time where you have start the paper work process again by getting paperwork emailed to you to print off fill out and send back in before can have an appointment scheduled. The appointments I did go to the servive was poor as well as the timing. Wouldnt recommend this place.

They arent exactly great when it comes down to fillings. I got my first ever filling done back earlier in the year. I had to sit uncomfortably in the chair for almost an hour with my mouth wide open. I actually got cramps in my jaw during the procedure. It didnt seem like the dentist knew what she was doing and had asked another staff member to aid and give a 2nd opinion. I dont have any knowledge when it comes to dental work but, in sure that a filling wouldnt normally take more than 10 minutes. Yet there i was, in that office for almost an hour. About a month later, guess what? My filling randomly pops out of my mouth. I was just eating some celery sticks and the next thing i knew, i felt the hole of whrre the filling was with my tounge. I panicked and went to the mirror. Yep, it was gone. I of course went back. A different staff member took care of it and, it only took her around 10 minutes or so. Another few months have passed and, my filling just randomly starts to wobble out of place while I was brushing. I thought that it was going to come off completely but, i managed to put it back in place. However, im not sure as to wether itll stay in or not. For now, it seems to be fine. The other staff member had done a better job than the first one but, still. A filling just shouldnt fall out randomly like this. Im not the type of person who eats hard foods such as pretzels or candy so, its very unclear to me as to why my filling just decides to pop out at random. Im going to try and, find another dentistry in hope that I wont have to constantly go in for a refilling every few months.

I have been a patient for more than 15 years, the past three years I my job has required extensive travel and I have not been able to get to the dentist. I called to make an appointment and was told I had to fill out the normal paper work BEFORE an appointment could be made, you know the regular who are your and your health issues info... I was asked to email it back to a generic email address... personal info, insurance info, social security numbers, birthdays etc... ABSOLUTELY NOT!! DONE!

Fast. Efficient. On time. Gleaming when I left.

I will never go back! I had filling done every 6months for 2 years. I whent to A new dentist today and they said a filling last about 4 years or more. They half to start all over. They were mean to my son who is 3 as well . I suggest staying far away from here they sont even desirve any stars

We have been going here for over 2 years but we are done! So fed up with the disrespect and comments made to my children!
