Dr. Kern has been my PCP since I moved to Denver 7 years ago. Her diagnoses have saved my life several times. Of course, I am grateful and take heed in her insights.I was comfortable during my recent appointment as measured by normal BP and heart rate.I admire the doctors expertise, experience, calm manner and interest in my health.I also found the staff to be helpful and courteous. My entire visit was enjoyable.

My boyfriend and I were in clinic to be seen for a concussion screening today, and we had a great experience. Our student NP Megan was very caring and thorough in her questions and answers! We did not need to wait in the waiting room as there werent many people there in early afternoon, so we were seen right away. It is not hard to find, just GPS the location. Jason Guy NPC was very personable and wrote up a great note for us as well. Thank you SR Team!

Dr. Tayna Kern, MD is a very good Doctor. She was very through at my new patient exam. She has a very caring personality.The nurse and front desk staff were very professional too.

I have been here a few times now. Everytime I have come in I was the only person in the waiting room. After a short wait, I went over medical history and was out within 15 minutes. I love that we have an Urgent care so close to home. The staff has always been friendly and thorough!

UC health in the Sterling Ranch neighborhood is great!! Went today to the urgent care and was pleased to discover a wonderful team of healthcare providers! From the reception team to the nursing staff to Brendan and Jason, I felt listened to and well taken care of.They offer urgent care services, primary care and have a physical therapy facility!(I had no idea!)The close access to care for Sterling ranch, Roxborough neighborhoods and surrounding areas is ideal and quality of care was superb!They did an extensive evaluation with great safety protocols for stopping the spread of COVID-19.They asked questions and LISTENED to me when I explained about my medical health history and current symptoms.I felt very well taken care of and was given a summary of my visit when i left which provided me with all the information and recommendations from my visit with Brendan and Jason.Go see this team! They will take good care of you!PS. The facility and is new and beautiful! (Not that it really matters but it’s definitely appealing) BUT new technology and facilities can aid in providing better healthcare.

The receptionist (Janice?) was extremely helpful, and the PA, Jason, listened to my comments, was supportive, and offered some great suggestions. Great experience at this location!

We are very much impressed with how thorough, professional, & efficient Dr. Batra & UCHealth are. We both like Dr. Batra very much and appreciate immensely her care & expertise!

Dr. Batra is great. She really takes the time to listen and pay attention to concerns. I appreciate her medical approach with a balance of natural preventative measures, homeopathic approaches and medicine when needed. Definitely recommend Dr. Batra and her staff!

I waited close to 1 hour for the Doctor on line for a virtual appointment, and then had to hang up.

Great service, and super fast.

Very sweet staff. Unfortunately they tried unsuccessfully to find my wifes vein three or more times. When they finally found it they let the IV drip run for a while. What they had found was just muscle tissue. This made things even worse for my wife and when she complained that it was hurting they removed it... After ten minutes had passed. We ended up paying upwards of $2000 for the visit with no refund just to leave with a bruised arm and no diagnosis. Do not go here.

Lovely facility, close to home. Everyone is very nice and professional.However, the meet and greet appointment was basically sitting and answering questions while the staff (nurse and physician), filled in our medical histories on the computer. We could have done that on our own and used the appointment to, well, meet and greet. It felt impersonal and rushed.Also, Im very disappointed in the limited hours of the PT facility (8-5).

I had to take my wife in for possible flu. Everyone was friendly and fast. Best experience I have had at an urgent care. Great job!

To say I am angry and upset is an understatement. I visited Dr. Batra for my postpartum depression after the birth of my first daughter. Firstly, she made me feel ashamed for quitting breastfeeding which is absurd all on its own, but her ignorance in the severity of my depression nearly cost me my life.After several dose increases on my medication, she recommended an appointment. Great! The summary of this appointment? That my depression was moderate to severe, but that she wanted me to continue at my current dose...then told me if I still feel bad to slowly increase my dose on my own and give it several months to work.She knows I had thoughts of self harm, and yet I’m supposed to wait several months to potentially experience relief?? I’ve informed her numerous times that I have a long history of depression and anxiety, and I’ve sent her several detailed messages through the health connection app. Yet she seemed to know NOTHING about my history during the appointment. She never recommended going to a psychiatrist, only therapy...which I reminded her several times that I was already doing. Her response? “You should do diet and exercise.” Give me a freaking break.After seeing a licensed psychiatrist today, I found out the medication was actually making my depression WORSE. I had asked Dr. Batra if there were any adverse side effects to the medication she prescribed, and I was only told “potential tummy issues.” I was very upfront and transparent with her about very personal matters, and her lack of empathy is the exact reason why people struggling with mental health issues don’t seek help.I only gave 2 stars because the receptionist staff and nurses have always been very friendly. Otherwise, I don’t recommended this office whatsoever.
