Dr Rauzi is the best. He has been taking care of our family for years. He is my husbands Dr from his childhood and continues to take care of him and our family. Very educated, current and compassionate. I am dreading the day he decides to retire. His staff is great and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I came to this office looking for help, my medications were off and I didn’t feel right. The first time I came in, they just increased my dose and sent me along. The second time I came in, seeking help for the same things, this time in tears. Trying to explain that my meds are not right and I don’t feel right, they decided I was suicidal. I just struggle with depression, and knew my meds were not balanced correctly. They threatened me that if I don’t leave and go to the emergency room they would notify the police. In fear of being hauled off by the police I went to the emergency room, I also have no insurance and they knew this upon sending there. I was held over night in a literal dark padded room alone, and was not seen until the next morning. Mind you, this was also in the thick of COVID19. I left the ER with no solution, they were legally unable to give me the help I needed to balance my meds, with no insurance a night in the hospital is evidently $6,000 and I ended up contracting COVID in this process. I ended up in a far worse position than I ever thought I would be in, and I wish I never would have sought help here.

Had a bad experience with them. Called them to take a blood test appointment and then when arrived they say they sorry we dont take blood tests here. Then they should have told it in the phone itself. Moreover when i spoke with the doctor Jenny, she says even if infection is entering the blood circulation, there is nothing we can do. I guess they dont have much knowledge about some areas. Thanks!

I have had a cold for over a month. Saw dr rauzi at week 3. Told me that it would go away in about 2 weeks. Called his office at week.6. No phone call. Crickets. Week later. Still sick. On hold right now with office and I called tonight at 6, got disconnected twice. Would not recommend this office. Still on hold.

I am family new to this practice, but I had a more than pleasant experience at my first visit. The doctor I saw was excellent and answered all questions or concerns I brought up. I just recently switched PCPs and I am definitely pleased with this choice.

I’ve had good experiences at SWFM. It’s about what you’d expect for a primary care facility, but they’ve been super helpful with prescriptions, any issues that I’ve come to my doctor with, and the best part- they even have Saturday hours, which makes it super convenient. The staff is friendly too, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!

My son was sick with a 102.5 fever. Due to a recent change in insurance, we didnt have a regular doctor for him yet. I called and they were able to work him in quickly, even as a new patient. What really impressed me though was the help they gave me through the insurance process. He is on his fathers insurance and we had none of the information. But they were willing to do the leg-work for us and got him all taken care of. My son had strep, so anyone could have probably quickly and easily diagnosed it. However, they went the extra mile in making us feel welcome and keeping the stress level low regarding the insurance questions.

Sorry to the person stating they’re not LGBT Friendly because they DEFINITELY are! Dr. Glasser was on the front lines dealing with HIV many, many years ago and has been published with his work in identifying early stage pneumocystis. if fact it’s still the test used today and has been published in medical journals. He’s cared for myself & my husband for over 20 years. I moved to Colorado Springs 3 years ago and absolutely REFUSE to change my PCP, I’ll drive 2 hours each way just to see him!Dr. Rauzi is good but I’ve only seen him twice and he took care of my concerns. Dr. Glasser gets you to the best specialists in Colorado if needed. He will take stellar care of you & your family, be honest with him and respect him and he’ll do the same with you! I can honestly say I probably wouldn’t still be here today had I not had Dr. Glasser taking care of me!Even the nursing staff cannot be beat! Rose & Dylan always remember you and go above & beyond to make sure you get whatever you need! The front desk staff Elysia, Shanna, Brock & two more ladies whom I can’t think of right now always get my messages, however detailed they may be, back to the doctors and get me in when needed even calling me to let me know if a cancellation has happened opening up a spot for me to be seen sooner. You couldn’t ask for better care and service. This is what you want from a primary care physician and their staff!!

EDIT: Alas, Dr. Jendry passed away after I wrote this review. He was amazing. Now I have Dr. Richard Glasser, who is JUST AS AMAZING, and Id say the same things about him that I originally did about Dr. Jendry.***********Ive been a patient of Dr. Jendry for over three years, and the very first time I met with him, he sat down and gave me thirty minutes of frank, honest, one-on-one conversation.I came in with a litany of concerns and, one by one, he knocked them down with his practical experience and his insights. This man is a calming presence, a sharp intellect, and a marvelous bedside manner.Whereas my previous PCP had referred to me as intense and always kept a mobile, stainless-steel tray between his body and mine, hiding from my onslaught of questions and concerns, Dr. Jendry is absolutely the opposite.Warm, kind, and empathetic, he radiates comfort and support, relying on his decades of experience and education.Without hesitation, I can honestly state that Dr. Jendry is the best PCP Ive ever had, and I walked out of his office feeling the weight of uncertainty and concern having completely evaporated. Im in a good mood, with a bright future, because he took the time to LISTEN to me and make solid, medical suggestions.Thank you, Dr. Jendry.

When a doctor injects politics into a brand new patient relationship in the first two minutes of meeting, perhaps one should expect a completely unprofessional experience. Blood draw resulted in a massive hematoma. Test results uncommunicated two full weeks later and their front office seems to hide behind a phone tree where you leave your confidential information for unknown persons. With costs being what they are in consumer-patient care, dont expect to be treated like a person by this office, expect to have your insurance billing to get more attention as thats really whats important.

Not LGBT friendly. Went in for STD testing and the doctor was nice enough while I was there, now they will not return my calls and never got me my results.
