Terrible first impression! We switched insurance at the beginning of the year and our normal family physician wasn’t listed in network so I started the search of a new family doctor. I came across this office through our list of covered providers and I spent 4 days just trying to get anyone to just answer the phone. Finally getting through, after NUMEROUS attempts (plus left voicemails which were never returned), a lady answered and I stated our situation. She then stated “ okay well, just so you know this doctor is considered *rambled off a term and credential I had no idea what it meant* and stated because of the high status there is an additional cash fee to be paid over and above the insurance just to be seen by him....”. I laughed, said no thanks and hung up. This is health care now? I pay an astronomical amount for a family for health care and now I have slip the doctor extra just to even be seen now? This office had left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a terrible first impression. Maybe a warm “hello and thank you for choosing our office” would of been a better way to start the conversation and not that you need more money. 🤷🏽‍♀️

First class physician and staff! Very impressed by the quality of care... One complaint ... please use latex gloves or wash hands between exams rather than simple hand sanitizer. Purell is not enough to get unwashed patients scent from the examiners hands, no matter how much alcohol is used - sorry :(
