The staff at the Littleton office are exceptional. They have always addressed any concern I have. They are very kind and highly efficient. They always make me feel that they care about me as an individual.

The doctors and shot nurses and staff have been amazing in helping me control my asthma and allergies. Highly recommend.

My son and I have been receiving allergy treatments at this location for over a year. Vicki is amazing and is always so kind to me and my son. The treatments are starting to help. Our doctor recently retired so hopefully the new doctor is as knowledgeable.

I have been a patient here since I was a little kid and I have always felt that Ive gotten the best possible care. I was effectively treated for my allergies with allergy shots and they have helped me manage my asthma for years. The best part is I always feel listened too.

Dr V is one of the most patient, thorough intelligent doctors I have ever met. Dr V takes her time and really listens. Her staff is polite, helpful , smiles a lot and is wonderful! From the ladies at the front desk, to my PA Sara and nurse Sandra I received excellent care, feedback for my allergy shots and asthma condition. I also bring my 7 yo twins to see Dr V as well - they love coming in!! Highly recommend!!

Did about 3 years of treatment here- an adult tuneup on top of my 7+ years of shots as a kid. Staff was universally kind and thorough, shot administrators were organized and professional. Doc was a little hard to sit down with but if you were a bit assertive you can get more time to get your questions answered. Had a pretty large community of users on certain days of the month, otherwise usually a pretty short wait. Feeling good and moving on- glad they were here and accessible.

I have been going to this office for 30 years . When I was diagnosed at 3 I saw Dr. Koepke. Him along with his staff and secretaries have been truly amazing year after year. Their compassion, medical knowledge and recommendations have been top notch. I live in a different city and will still drive 60+ miles just to go to this office . I highly recommend this practice! A big thanks recently to Sarah, PA. An incredible PA! :)

Had a great visit with Jessica so I decided to schedule a follow up with her as well but on the day of the appointment I received a message saying my appointment was canceled because I no longer had coverage. I called and spoke to the office manager- Sarah and asked why I wasnt given the option to pay out of pocket before just cancelling my appointment? She was defensive, argumentative and deflected the conversation by speaking about my health coverage which had nothing to do with the specific question I asked. My phone consultation was eventually rescheduled, however when I received the call it was Dr.kerchove. I explained to her that my appointment was scheduled with Jessica but she told me she wasnt available. I decided to express my concerns with her as this was the second time her office made a change to my appointment without communicating with me first. She responded rudely and could care-less as she told me I was WASTING HER TIME. She abruptly gave me the option of either proceeding with her for the phone consult or waiting another 2 wks for Jessica. Unfortunately I was unable to wait any longer for Jessica so I had to proceed with her in an appointment and endure her arrogant condescending demeanorUpdate 7/15:Called the office and spoke to office manager Lori who acted apologetic for the treatment I received and even offered to refund my money for the consultation but I have yet to receive that refund

I come to the Littleton location, twice per week, and absolutely love the physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and the front office staff, is simply amazing! They are all very friendly, knowledgeable and very time efficient! I highly recommend this location for any allergy or asthma needs.

I had a severe eczema flare up and hadn’t been able to sleep well for months. I was constantly scratching my face which made it worse. I went to Colorado Allergy and saw Dr. Koepke who treated me and provided a management plan for my eczema. Ever since seeing Dr. Koepke my eczema has been under control and my quality of life has improved immensely.

I highly recommend this place!

***Updating to add that I have switched to the Greenwood Village office and they have been nothing short of amazing! I cannot believe the difference. So relieved!The Littleton office is the absolute worst medical office I have ever experienced. The appointment to get my shots/ records was over 2 hours and 1.5 of that was the waiting! I had to walk out and call back. It took months for them to get my records from the previous physician. I finally called myself and had it completed in 2 days. Once the records were received, it took 2 weeks for review. Then a week of phone tag. Finally the shots came in but wait there’s more! I had advised from the beginning I would want the shots at another office close to my work. I did so again when the dr called to say they were ready. She said it would take a week. 3-4 weeks later of me calling every week, them saying they had the shots, me repeating yet again where to send them, here we are today and guess what today’s phone call brought? Another day of them telling me nothing has been noted and the shots still have not been transferred. I don’t even know what to do at this point. It’s so ridiculous!Awful service. Awful physician. I cannot wait to get to another office. I’m half tempted to completely start the whole process over again just to get away from them!PS you should check out their Yelp reviews. Not as glowing as the other few here.

Dr. Van Kerckhove and her staff were very friendly, thorough, and helpful with our questions and our allergy study. We really enjoyed our time, considering the circumstances. We would recommend her to anyone needing allergy care.

My daughter was having frequent colds and an ongoing cough over an 18 month period. It wasnt until she saw Dr. Van Kerckhove that we finally got answers! We had gone to other doctors but Dr. Van Kerckhove was much more thorough in getting to the bottom of my daughters weakened immune system. We found her expertise and experience unparalleled. She would carefully review every test and kept digging deeper. As a result of Dr. Van Kerckhoves diligence and careful monitoring of all symptoms, my daughter is healthier and no longer has constant sicknesses. I highly recommend Dr. Van Kerckhove and Colorado Allergy & Asthma Centers!!

Truly the most pleasant experience Ive had at the doctors. Every employee there was friendly and caring.

Excellent staff. Even though they dont specialize in pediatrics, they are so good with kids and are extremely thorough. Even gave my son a little duckie as a parting gift after his flu shot. Highly recommend the southwest location. Dr. Koepke is down to earth and professional. Cant complain one bit!
