BEWARE!!!I was seen in office by Dr Keith Naftulin on Friday, September 4th, 2020. He told me that to help with my pain,  I would need some custom made orthotics, which sounded good $450 dollars,  they required a $100 deposit and I was told it would take a week to get them in.  I get it that with the way of the world right now everyone is a little behind. I never recieved a call from their office.  A month went by,  and my level of trust was failing.  I called them on Thursday 10/1 left a message,  never got a call back,  I called the next day twice,  until I actually spoke to someone Friday 10/2.  I was told that they were probably behind,  that they would be in the following week,  and that they would call me.The following week came and went,  no phone call.  What I did get that week was a bill in the mail for $5 with regard that when they submitted for x-rays this was my portion. Well my trust in them was in a free fall.  Because of the pain and his assurance the orthotics would help I would give them until Friday of the next week, October16.  Two weeks later to contact me.  I had the weekend to look at my bill for $5 and no phone calls so Monday 10/19 I called there office,  at 11am and said that I was going to come in for my deposit back.  The girl told me that they close at noon for lunch, or I could come at 1pm when they reopen to pick it up, no apologizes, nothing.  I was at their office at 1pm, the girl let me in asked how she could help,  I told her I was the one that called about my deposit, she became extremely offensive,  and said that she could not authorize the refund,  the doctor was out,  that Mondays were his day off. I asked well if that were the case why did she not tell me that when I called at 11, why she told me to come at 1pm when they reopen from lunch.  I then said well if that were the case why she did not call me and save me a trip,  If the doctor was truely out.  She said that she called,  I said what number? She read of my number,  I pulled out my phone and said,  show me where you called,  I showed her where I called at 11am, but no calls from them.  She said well I called and left a message,  but never the less she could not authorize my refund.  At this point I was not happy but firm in that this was no way to conduct business,  she tried to make me feel like I was the bad guy, and how dare me question her.  At that moment,  I said call the doctor,  she refused stating it was his day off,  and he was not to be disturbed.  I then told her we have 2 choices,  either she call him,  or I would call the police to come to their office,  and they could call him.  I was not leaving without my refund after all they had put me through.  She went in the back came back out about 2 minutes later,  by this time she was Pissed Off and flustered.  She demanded,  I pay the $5 dollars from the insurance for the bill they sent me,  and she then reached into an envelope and handed me $95.Oh,  I forgot to mention I paid Cash for the deposit,  and on Sept 4th the day I paid the deposit they were not going to give me a receipt for the cash,  I had handed them,  I am so glad that at the time I requested a copy of the invoice,  and that it be marked paid deposit, in cash. I can only imagine what would have happened,  had I not had that little piece of paper.  Maybe no one else has had a situation like this with this organization,  but I know this is no way to treat anyone,  they must be making a lot of money,  so disorganized,  that they can loose a customer,  and then try and make them out to be the bad guy in the process. So BEWARE,  or GOOD LUCK,  if you choose to go here.I have to give them 1 start so I could post this review, not deserving of it.Note;I would have never even left a review, not something I do,   had it not been how badly I was treated.  It had to happen

All the staff members are friendly and inviting. You never have to wait to see the doctor and they seem to go above and beyond. They took scans of my feet for inserts and I have always used the Dr. Scholls and would never have thought to ask so I am grateful for that. Thanks everyone!!! I would recommend your office 100% :)

So glad I chose to come here. Worked with Dr. Keleigh Muxlow who very quickly diagnosed and resolved my foot pain. Excellent service.Anyone whose ever been to the bad feet store and fleeced for inserts that do not work needs to go here. They are so much more affordable even without insurance and give custom solutions that really work for your specific issue.I highly recommend it and will go back any time I have any issues in the future. Unlike 9 years of pain and thousands working spent with that other place, I no longer have pain!!!Dont get stuck buying from a salesman. Make an appointment with a real professional in their field and get actual results!!

Staff was professional and friendly. Dr Naftulin was very informative, knew exactly what was wrong, explained his treatment plan, and went to work to relieve my pain. I felt very comfortable and was happy with the results.

I had a right foot that was very painful and thinking that I was looking at surgery but the doctor has shown me that we can do stretches and put inserts in my shoes and explain them selves thoroughly and did an injection and trying to see if all this work but there you get in quickly you’re in in the office maybe five minutes before you’re back in the back room they can do x-rays right there

First class foot doctor and foot surgeon. Though I was reluctant to have surgery at first, he worked with me and showed me it was really the only viable option.No complications despite my history of post surgical infections.Very Nice office and terrific staff, too!

I saw Dr. Toren today for my first appointment. I have been struggling with a painful wound on my foot that is really limiting my activity and making it difficult to wear shoes. Dr. Toren took his time and listened well to my concerns, performed a treatment in the office and gave me a prescription and instructions for home care. He was very confident that I will be “up & running” again soon, which was so encouraging! The office staff was also great, both on the phone and in person.

Dr. Toren went above and beyond in explanations and courtesy. He is very knowledgable and willing to examine problems from all angles, and this applies to his treatment approach as well. I thoroughly enjoyed learning during my visit, and am excited to see how his treatment plan works!

We had a really great experience with Dr. Naftulin, after two visits my pain was completely gone. Amazing bedside manor and very knowledgeable. When I left I felt that I completely understood what was going on with my foot and knew I was in good hands.

Dr Naftulin has been my Pediatrist for over 15 years and I will say he has always treated me with the greatest respect and his professionalism goes above and beyond. This attitude carries into his office staff as well. I would strongly recommend him to any one with foot and ankle problems.

Dr Naftulin is great. Very easy to talk to and my confidence in his diagnosis and care plan is very high.

Terrible Experience. Told me in a cold room- separated from the rest of the entire office that I had deadly cancer. He then referred me to a surgeon who told me my only option at surviving was amputation. Hopefully only my foot. BECAUSE I AM STRONG & NOT AN IDIOT, I got a second opinion from the amazing Drs. @ the University of Colorados oncology center. I NEVER EVEN LOST A TOE, nor did I have the horrible cancer this dr said I had.Over a year later & after all of the emotions & recovery from the surgery to remove the NON CANCEROUS tumor in my foot- I checked my credit score today to find this office took the time to send my balance due to collections, however NEVER EVEN SENT ME A STATEMENT for a balance due!!YOUR A CON ARTIST DOCTOR, Dr KEITH. HAD I NOT TRUSTED MY INTUITION, YOUR MALPRACTICE COULD HAVE COST ME MY LIFE.

Had plantar fasciitis for a year. My regular doc couldnt help. This guy was kind, informative and got the job done! The staff is also fantastic.

This is the best doctors office Ive ever been to. Both Dr. Naftulin and Dr. Toren are extremely professional and give great medical advice. Their office always runs on time for appointments. Ive taken my fiance & mom to this office (both doctors) and would recommend them to everyone.

Only took me a year to write this. Sorry Doc! But seriously Dr. Naftulin was hands down the best Doctor Ive ever had. I had multiple issues with my foot and went to 2 doctors before a friend recommended Dr. Naftulin. After 4 months of not being able to walk without a boot and crutches I walked out of his office that day. The previous diagnosis from both other doctors was wrong and after some surgery and rehab I was running again and playing basketball 3 months later. Strongly recommend to anyone in need. Thanks Doc. Youre the man!

Came in with an ingrown toenail, walked out 20 min later without it and no pain. Havent had an issue with it since. Great Doc
