I went in for my Nexplanon removal and reinsertion. Front desk staff were super kind and friendly, despite not having my insurance cards on me they took the time to look them all up for me and help me fill out the paperwork.I’ve had the same triage nurse the last two times, she is very personal, caring, and informative! Miss Britt is the best. Cindy Musgrove was the wonderful RN who helped perform the actual removal and reinsertion. She made sure I was alright throughout the entire process, tolerated my awful sense of humor, and was delightful.I always recommend health units to my friends and family. Amazing resources provided to the community that really do make a difference for many families!

-10000000 in all my years of working in health care i have have never met such unprofessional and rude staff. For people who are supposed to be making a difference all they have done is treat people like dogs. Is this who we need to go to to for healthcare? Please for the love of everything do not bring your loved ones here, youll probably be neglected and told your faking it. Do better.

The workers are very rude, and talked to us as if we were children. I understand everyone has a bad day, but an adult knows to leave there problems at home. Before they go to work.If I didn’t have to go there I wouldn’t have went.I would give a 0 star but it’s not an option.

Got tested for covid and they refuse to call me back for my results its been over 2 days. Everytime I call they tell me they will call back and never do. They do not care about the safety of the public.

Me and my family are not animals. We were not welcomed at all, and very disrespectful the two times we’ve come, the first no one answered us for over an hour while we went today and we were mistreated to down played how we were feeling. 100% do not go here.

Come to get a shot that they requested there was no Nurse and I was check in I 40 minutes.And I schedule an previous appointment a half month ahead .I left didn’t get my shot 😡😡If you can go somewhere else please do . They said they were short hand but dammed someone could tell me don’t have me waiting an hour.

I dont think these review matters. I had an appointment on Friday 11/20/2020, which was postponed to Monday 11/23/2020. I came here at my scheduled time and sitting here for 1 and a half hour but I am not called yet I am on hourly wages and loosing money. But they are damn bothered. The worst State institution so far I have seen in US in 50 years. Shame on em and the people responsible for running this.

Came to family planing to make and an appointment and one of the ladys on front desk was really rude. Had me wait for a long time just beacuse she wants to . She had an attitude,It was just a simple appointment for pregnancy test. Need to have polite employees at front desk.

I visited Pulaski county health unit 10/12/20 I had a very meaningful, supportive, and impactful interaction with my nurse Mrs sydney, she was very attentive to my health concerns and needs and made sure I was well taken care of not only for the appointment but for future references thank you.

Came to get a simple 1093 form that any health department in the state should have. I was told that they “didn’t have those here”. Which isn’t correct the lady at the front simply didn’t want to deal with it. Poor excuse for tax payer assistance.

Staff here are rude and unprofessional. They have side bar conversations and give bad customer service to visitors. I feel neglected and discriminated when I come to this Wic department. The wait is forever.

I had a great experience the last time I was at the clinic. The staff were all very professional. Working in a healthcare environment all my career, I left there impressed by their customer service skills and feeling we could use more of that in my own place of employment.

Mrs. Cindy Musgrove, APRN provided exceptional care. She was attentive and personable. Mrs. Musgrove took the time to explain questions that I had patiently. I left feeling very satisfied of the care that I received, and I would definitely go back to her.

When you come in, theyll be on the offensive no matter what time of the day or what employee youre going to get. Come in with a head held high; do not shout, speak to them as if common sense should be their second nature (which of course it isnt). That said, there is a 75%/25% chance that youre going to receive what you came there to get, promptly. Come with a weak attitude and youre going to wait there for hours and possibly not obtain what you deserve; as do all thing in life. Of course this could be said about most government facilities, especially this one. This state already lacks empathy and moral fiber, just look at some of the pastors in this town! They are not here to help you. Come determined, cold and vain (with an appointment) and problem solved.

Whenever they do answer the phones, its as if theyre mad they had to answer it. When they dont want to answer calls,they pick the phone up and hang it back up. They talk to customers with an attitude when they come in person. There seriously needs to be some retraining with most of the employees or they need to find another field to work in!

People from all walks of life may at one point in life come to this office for needed assistance but unfortunately many people have been confronted with many employees condescending and lack luster personality.This isnt the only government office that has employees with low professionalism but that doesnt excuse the fact either of common place quality customer service. Many individuals may already have personal circumstances that are stressing and an immature and unprofessional employee is not needed to add fuel to the fire.Government employees if this is you, get out of the field honey and do something that satisfies you instead of taking out your frustrations on another companys customers.WIC Department - get yourself together and reshape your customer service values.

Doc told me to go in- they said I had to have an apt- called for an apt last week and first avail was mid end of March for something that was urgent. They rude, showed no compassion and seemingly didn’t really care. If there was a 0 star rating, that’s what they would get.

I have been here three times, the women that works the counter at the wic section is the rudest, short coming, women ever! She looks at me like I am scum. I left there yesterday with tears because of the way she talked to me. I have to go back there so I cant say do not go. We have no choice but to go in there and belittled by this person.

Rude man who works at the wic appointment window! they are extremely slow, sits behind the desk doing absolutely nothing with a lobby full of people! I will never go to this location again. Nor would I recommend this location to anyone!
