Worst / rude staff. They don’t care about patients or anyone but themselves. They would always be rode to you and will never acknowledge what they said on the phone. I would say don’t waste your time here find someone else.

Ive been going to Dr Patel for 12 years. He is a compassionate and fantastic doctor. Very family oriented. You cannot go wrong with him. I have since moved and still go back to NJ to him.

This doctor only takes cash no credit cards no checks the office personnel overbooks him with appointments and you have to sit and wait for hours .I only needed high blood pressure medication refilled they would not call a prescription in for me they told me that I must see the doctor. So I go to the office and it smells terrible in there like Curry and I wait and wait. I left in disgust because of this poor service by the office personnel. Go to another primary care physician as I am doing to save your time and aggravation.

Good for people with no insurance...for colds and flu meds, or a medicine that youve been on before or know of...Make an appointment, walk-ins have to wait a while. Be careful if you are on narcotics LEGIT, because since there is so many that abuse that right, So you may have a problem or even get denied...Id bring previous records or a pharmacy print out.

I went here years ago as a non insured patient. Dr. Patel really helped me, as I suffer from severe anxiety and manic depression and he made sure I got my right prescriptions as I had been losing my mind, not being able to see a psych Dr without insurance unless being put on multiple month waiting lists. Moved out of the area, and am going to Dr patel this afternoon.

My appointment was at 1 didn’t get seen until 230 . They don’t answer the phone . I ran out of a prescription and Cvs sent them a message stating I needed a refill they never responded I had physically go to the family practice center . It’s horrible and will not ever go again.

My daughter asked for her medical records and was told because her insurance supposedly didnt pay they were not releasing the records to her new doctor or to her. If I were you I wouldnt trust this practice!!
