I wish I could rate them lower then one star. My dad needed his oxygen tanks replaced last week so he could go to work. I called and they said they might be able to come out the next day but they don’t know because they are out of oxygen. Wth? So my sister called and they were supposed to come out on Friday. They said they would be there but they never showed up. I called again Saturday and they said oh well we don’t do anything on the weekends it will have to wait until Monday. She said “he has a home oxygen concentrator so he could use that until they are able to come out”. I guess she thinks people who use oxygen are handicapped and can’t work or do anything and they just sit at home all day everyday. So he went to work without oxygen Monday because he never got a delivery. My sister went to the office and they didn’t care at all. The woman at the desk rolled her eyes and was rude about it. This is the absolute worst place to have service from. I wouldn’t recommend American Health Services to anyone for any reason. They are careless. They don’t have compassion for anyone. It is awful and we have already been on the phone and signed paperwork to switch to Inogen. We are just waiting for the equipment to get here before AHS can come and pick up their stuff and we never have to deal with them again. DO NOT use AHS for your oxygen services. You will regret it and you or your loved one will end up without oxygen when they need it. It is already hard for people to cope with the fact that they need to be on oxygen. Then to be told that they pretty much have to stay at home on a “leash” because the company that’s supposed to service them doesn’t care to do their job. That’s humiliating to those on oxygen. It makes them feel helpless and takes away their dignity and independence. It goes way beyond just not having portable oxygen.

Horrible!! 0 star if possible. Received tank Friday and alarm goes off every 30-40 mins. No techs available on weekends. Will never recommend to anyone and will discourage if someone mentions using this company!!

I wouldn’t give you guys one star if there were another option.Poor communication, poor service, poor place in general.

I have been trying to get my broken CPAP replaced for over a week now. Nothing but excuses Tech isnt there or havent heard from BC/BS. BLAH, BLAH

Nothing they told me has been correct. Im over $500.00 into a 3 month rental that they told me would only be $14.50 a month. Taking my machine back tomorrow.

My father has been trying to get his oxygen for 2 years and they have found every excuse in the book for why he does not have it.
