Its a nice gym for the money more equipment than you need however it could be a little cleaner

I have not worked out here yet; but I did go in to look around. They everything I would need to work out with.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Huge variety of machines and all work properly. Love this gym and is the highlight of my day.

After moving to Lincolnton I wanted a gym that was affordable and had a decent amount of equipment and classes to attend. The Rock has all of that and more! They are always adding new equipment and working slowly to replace some old equipment. Trainers are super nice and all the classes Ive had thrown chance to added has excellent instructors!

Very nice place to workout & tan

I love this place. Theyve got more equipment and space than any other gym in town. I usually go at peak times between 6-8 PM and while it does get a bit crowded theres always plenty of open machines and weights to go around. The Staff is exactly what I want out of the staff which is non existent unless I directly need them. The classes seem to be ever popular though I havent tried them out yet.

Great people, clean gym as well. They have something for everyone. Theyve been a blessing, helping me in several ways. They do have a one year contract that is considerably cheaper than paying by month, and it can be altered to an extent. Again, good for anyone!

A good place to work out. User friendly. They have classes and allot of equipment. They have the usually gym rats but all in all a good atmosphere.

I am a veteran and have visited gyms everywhere. The Rock has the most friendly staff and cleanest facilities I have ever experienced. This gym has lots of modern workout equipment and a wide variety of classes. Love it!

Staff is great, lots of different machines for every fitness level, and very few judgmental people. Almost every person there is happy to see new people, they are also happy to give you advice if you ask them. Its open 24 hours which is very convenient.

I was hesitant to join lol I am a silver sneakers member, but the lady was fantastic and made me feel comfortable

I drive here from Dallas even though theres closer gyms. The only reason for the 4 star is theyre too over the top Jesusy like Im trying to get a workout in not have your religion and beliefs shoved down my throat. I do like the 24/7 availability and variety of machines and weights though, so its the main reason I come here.

Great place to workout if you work an odd shift. There are very few people here after midnight and I love it!

Sexist owners. Pass out pamphlets stating women are inferior to men and then blow you off with hostility and aggressiveness when confronted about it. Jerry is an extremely ignorant man who hides (literally held it up next to his face, I guess little ole 126lb me scared him) behind the Bible and refused to answer my questions. Instead became instantly hostile and defensive. I wonder if Jesus would be proud of the way he dealt with me???? Probably not, since Jesus was portrayed in the Bible to be meek, humble and loving. Club Fitness is much cleaner, there are no giant gaudy crosses on the wall or sexist pamphlets up front; it is way cleaner and has more opportunity like classes and trainers. Will never return to the rock; basically you get what you pay for.

Great gym. Always clean and Never smells like a gym.

Has all the equipment needed. No startup or annual fees. Also pretty cheap.

Small gym with everything you need if you’re a weight lifter. As for the 3 stars is due to the personal trainers they have are by far the worst I’ve seen. They don’t correct the form and stagger way too many people at one time taking up a big portion of the gym.

The workers are always welcoming and the fitness classes are always fun to join
