Dr. Trotter and her staff are very professional. Dr. Trotter is compassionate and understanding. She listened to me and explained things in a very clear manner. I highly recommend Dr. Trotter!

She does it very well and she makes her patients feel as comfortable as they want.

Dr. Trotter appears to have no time for her patients needs anymore. Too many shortcuts on care, spends little to no time personally with patients. Even the young staff doesnt stay long there. Very high turn over in recent years. Shes not the caring Dr. she once was, taking time and making sure each patient was well cared for. Discussion at a local health group it was found she doesnt check on a Diabetics foot care individually.. She has one of her young untrained staff do that now. Certainly not legal nor professional, the insurance companies dont know about this or they wouldnt be reimbursing her practice. They arent properly trained to do that.

So impressed at the time Dr. Trotter spent with me, explaining the best treatment options for me. She was very thorough and intelligent.. So glad I chose her!
