The doctor and nurses I’ve had help me have been great. Now the receptionist on the other hand is rude and unhelpful. Her demeanor is terrible. She seems like everything bothers her. You walk in and she never helps you right away in fact she acts like you’re not even there. I had to say something once just to get her attention. Now I don’t even bother. They should probably find someone better.

Dr. Joe has been my Doctor and friend for more than 20 years. You cant find a more caring Doctor anywhere. He has saved my wifes life more than once. He has treated my whole family .

Reading the reviews, bad ones, they are a joke. Patients were probably rude. The staff is not. I don’t wanna go anywhere else. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍💯😁

WHAT❓The office IS organized and professional... The staff provides a relaxed & a friendly atmosphere ... Joe Hobbs is great and more knowledgeable than a lot of doctors I’ve been too... I strayed for a short, very short, time... and, I’m back👍...

Ive been going here for several years and Im wondering how the negative reviews could be about the same place. Ive had the office open early for me and work with me to understand the billing. Ive never waited more than five minutes for Joe Hobbs, making me think there was an emergency that day when someone said they waited for 45 minutes Life happens everywhere. I like the place. They are always nice to me. I think you should try for yourself you may be as happy as I am there.

Doc Hobbs is caring, kind and professional. I highly recommend him. Hes the best practitioner Ive ever seen.

Expect to spend 45 min. In the office before you get to see Mr. Hobbs P.A. I had billing problems every time I went in and they did not care to resolve them! Not what I expected from a small town office. The lady at the front desk is kinda cranky.

The office is very unprofessional and unorganized. Their billing department is very bad. The employees are very rude to their patients.
