Had a nearly flawless experience. My primary is in Seward, and I was fairly sure I had either strep or a sinus infection, and didnt want to drive all the way there for a 10 minute thing. Popped into CHI Quick Care on O, met with Shelly. She was quick, light hearted, but with a great bedside manner. Had me in and out very quickly, and on my way to better health! I will absolutely go back the next time I just need to see someone for something quick.
Wonderful experience, kind, caring professionals!
My first experience was very good. I like the location and convenience and the doctor was very nice and helpful. I was originally diagnosed with strep throat and took antibiotics for 10 days. After a couple days, my sore throat came back so I went back in to get it checked out. I had called ahead of time and the operator told me I could either go back in to get re-checked/re-fill of antibiotics, go to a priority care (which is in Omaha... and I live in Lincoln), or go to my primary care doctor. So I called the priority care and they basically laughed and told me I could come in (was hoping they would give me advice such as look for fever, etc.) I went back in to the quick care at Hyvee and was told they could not see me since I had been in there less than a month ago but I could go to the minute clinic at CVS down the street. It upsets me that I wasted my time even after calling in for advice. I dont recommend Quick Care especially if you might need a follow-up in less than a month. I DO recommend CVS! Check in process was quick and easy and they mention they do re-treat if necessary.
Doctor and Nurse are so nice. I got seen immediately. I highly recomanded it.
