The massage was good, but customer service was very poor. My wife and I have been coming here for years and have received many massages from Lifepointe Spa. Last February, after a massage, we decided to buy a gift certificate for a special they were running that took $10 off a couples massage—figuring we would use it later that year. Well Covid hits in March and like most people we stay home to be safe. Fast forward to today, 3 months after having a baby, we go in for our scheduled massage finally. We go to use the gift certificate and they tell us it expired in February and is not valid. So the $135 I paid was just a donation now because of your inflexibility? Since when do gift cards expire?

I have had several massages and facials and also did physical therapy a few years back. The facility is very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. They make sure you get to where you need to be. They offer exercise classes that are not strenuous and a lot of older folks take these classes. The facials I have received have been the best ones Ive had.

I have been going here for about a year now and i love getting massages from here. Today i went and got a hot stone massage from Alli (sorry if not spelled right) she did amazing. Im a hairstylist and she helped with the pain in my shoulders and my back and neck. Very relaxing thank you ali

My husband bought the 2 massages for $100 promo, and they didnt give us a gift card for it. I was able to use the first one, now going to use the 2nd one they tell me I need proof of the purchase and they have no record of it.

I love the place! Especially the pools. The locker rooms are absolutely deluxe!! They have my favorite machines there.

Jessica somehow has a magical touch of making the experience of getting a bikini wax painless. I dont know how she does it but it is amazing!!
