I’ve followed Ariel for years and each location keeps getting better. This new space is beautiful and full of natural light.I know she keeps her space clean, and it’s very private, so I felt safe going during the pandemic. A much-needed break from current daily stressors!She’s great at working out knots and also giving a relaxing massage. She understands the muscles of the body, and can often pinpoint an activity or repeated gesture that may be causing an issue.I always leave feeling relaxed & restored.

This massage studio is in a former greenhouse!!! Its so beautiful, lots of natural light so you dont leave feeling like you fell asleep. I like to be roughed up, personally, and feel like all my computer, desk job, muscles get ironed out. I certainly missed her for the several months during the pandemic.

I’ve been going to Ariel for years and highly recommend her! She’s easy to talk to and very in tune with which areas need what type of work. I used to not get massages because I was so ticklish but I found Ariel and she does a great job making me feel comfortable. She’s now located by Super Target and the space is beautiful. Last time I was in, I had a massage with Ariel and a mini facial with Chris (both of which were wonderful) and then I walked across the parking lot to Target. It was the perfect combination for a relaxing afternoon.

I had a massage with Ariel for the first time today, and I didnt want to wait long to write a review. I dont know Ariel personally so this review is completely unbiased.Hands down, my massage today was the BEST I have ever received. I have had lower back and hip issues for well over a decade and my muscles in those areas have been so tight for so long. I have looked for relief from a few therapists in town, but the results were minimal.Ariel paid CLOSE attention to my body and was able to pinpoint EXACTLY where my problem areas were. She was empathetic to what my journey with this tightness was like, and was determined to improve it for me. The massage was so great, I extended it from a 60 min massage to a 90 min massage WHILE THE MASSAGE was happening!My body is tender tonight from the deep tissue workup, but I feel emotional over how much relief I physically feel. I dont remember a time when I felt like this.Please, if you have carried tightness in your body for years like myself, please see Ariel. It doesnt have to be that way!!!Hands down, it was the best, TRULY THERAPEUTIC massage I have ever received.

I was due for a good therapeutic massage. Jay did a great job working out the stress and tightness in my muscles and even some I didn’t realize I had. I liked that he gave me a couple of stretches to do at home too! The shop is super clean with a pleasant atmosphere. I really appreciated Jay’s positive attitude. I look forward to going back!

I was referred by a coworker because I had a pinched nerve in my back. Ariel was able to fit me in right away and the massage was able to give the relief I needed, but was also very relaxing! I’m very particular when it comes to getting a massage from someone new, but I highly recommend Knots Kneaded and will definitely be back!!!The space is very welcoming, clean, peaceful and relaxing. I was greeted and welcomed with a smile right away. It’s a bit of a drive for me, but gives me an excuse to explore the south part of town.

One of the few places for massage I return to. I deal with constant back pain and also severe migrains. Ariel worked well with me to help with the migraine and in response to which areas helped. She also responded and preformed very well when I asked for more work on some extra heavy deep tissue work.

Ariel is amazing! She does prenatal (among other services of course) and her prenatal massages are wonderful! Shes also easy to get ahold of and very personable but yet professional. Ive been with her for 5 yrs now and recommend her often!!Crystal

Hands down the best place in Lincoln to get a massage especially with the brand new location. Brand new, clean, comfortable, relaxing rooms and friendly staff. Whether you need relaxation or therapeutic attention this is the place.

Ariel was awesome! She is very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. She just moved into her new location on 40th Street and the space feels fresh and inviting. I plan to go back on a regular basis. One unexpected thing Ariel did was email my chiropractor about my healthcare moving forward which I love. Highly recommend her!

Ariel has been fantastic! I’ve been abroad for the year but plan on returning once I’m back in town. She’s been doing my massage for a couple years and is super attentive to my needs.
