Dr Northrup and her staff members are very compassionate. She takes excellent care of my family.

I’ve been attending Dr. Northrup’s office for quite some time but this past summer I had so many problems with their office. There was so much chaos in the office when I was trying to order a TB test - I had nurses, PA, and front desk personnel telling me different information on when to come back for the following shot. That was my first red flag.I had called earlier to receive my immunization records and the front desk person said they would print it for me to pick up. when I went to pick up my immunizations record, they stated there was nothing in the system and no one had printed it out. I have been attending Dr. Northrup’s office for YEARS, so I knew this wasn’t true.AND THEN, when I came back to get my TB results, their system was down and they wrote down on a piece of paper my lab results. My fieldwork database will not accept this and I am out of state now so I’m stuck in this tricky predicament.Poor communication and less than optimal care for patients. I am very disappointed with the care I received and the stress that came out of this (I had to go to their office 3 times).

This office is amazing!!! They take the time to listen to your concerns. They are extremely responsive. The staff from front office to PA’s and physicians go out of the way to make sure you get the care you need. Best office in lincoln!

Dr. Nortgrup is an amazing doctor and shes fun to be around, but the secretaries are rude as all hell. They always give me max anxiety and it spikes my blood pressure? I dont know about you but the doctors office should be a place of healing and safety not rude nasty assistants....

I originally came to Dr. Northrup because I was was going through cancer treatment, seeing so many different doctors, taking so many different medications and I didnt feel like anyone was looking at the big picture. She had such a great bedside manner and she was so thorough that she became my primary doctor. I trust and respect her and know that I am in excellent hands and receiving the best medical care possible.

Dr Northrup takes her time is very caring she listens to you and is invested in your health and well being! I have always had my calls returned and I can be seen in a timely matter.

Unfortunately the office staff for Dr. Northrup are completely forgetting that nurses, doctors and staff are supposed to be compassionate to others. Their main objective should be to help people..... thats not whats happening in this office. Very disappointing.

Dr. Northrup is the most caring and down to earth Dr I have ever been to. She takes time to listen and always seems to put herself in your shoes. Shes The BEST!!!

During my experience one nurse was extremely rude,unprofessional and insensitive and I found Dr.Northrupt to be adequate but perplexing which led to a lot of confusion and inconvenience for me which also led to some time with no medical care. Scary.

My family was involved with Dr Northrups office while assisting my aging mother. The experience with the office personnel was as negative as we have ever experienced. These people are snotty, rude and very disrespectful. In short, they were cold and had zero compassion for my families situation. While my mother believes Dr Northrup is a fine physician, the negative experience with her office personnel has become an overwhelming burdon during a difficult time.

Front office staff rude and unhelpful. While Dr. Northrup is a good Dr., all future appointments have been cancelled due to how I was treated on the phone.

Bad experience with Dr. Northrups office personnel. I am foreign person and no patient to speak slowly and hear with attention my needs. Sorry, I can trust on people that can not help me. Bad customer service.
