Moms caregivers are great! She enjoys their company and I love not worrying about her during the week. It takes very special people to do this work and they have found some of the best!

When my mom started to need assistance at home we met with Roukey from Stay at Home. She was very professional and helpful. We set up care for three days a week for three hours each. Then one Sunday, my mom took a turn for the worse, and we needed 24/7 care. I called Stay at Home. They had someone at the house within a few hours and made arrangements with the caregivers to care for my mom 24/7. It was seamless and just what we needed for my mom at that time. The communication from Stay and Home was exceptional. My mom really enjoyed her caregivers and they were helpful to her and helped around the house as she needed as well. I highly recommend Stay at Home for your loved one. They were truly the best to work with!

I was in need for a part-time caregiver for mom I researched several agencies. I interviewed a few and found Right At Home would be a great fit. Our family contracted with Right at Home to help our mother return home after a short stint at an assisted living facility. If it was not for the excellent care provided, our mom wouldnt have been able to manage well (or safely) on her own. From our first meeting with RAH owners, it was clear that this is not some part-time business or (just a) financial investment on their part. Both are very actively involved on a daily basis in everything going on, and easily accessible. All staff members (caregivers) have been caring and attentive, punctual and responsible. We wouldnt hesitate to use Right at Home again, and have already referred other relatives to them for similar home care.

The office staff is always available when I have questions and do a great job at letting us know how much we are appreciated. I have been working with Right at home for a year now. It is a wonderful place to work with lot of amazing coworkers, excellent nurses and CAN’s. Staffing is well to cover any unscheduled absences in order to overcome patient’s needs. Changes are illustrating so well and adequately overtime. The management team is very prepared and skilled to shift the entire leadership to right direction. Lot of safety precautions and measures to handle this COVID-19 pandemic.

First and foremost, let me start by saying that I am only giving this company 4 stars because of the aides who came into my home and cared for me. When I started with the company in 2016, it was wonderful. Fast forward to the last few months and it was nothing but battle of wills with the office staff. It is the opinion of myself and my service coordinator that I was unfairly dropped by the company because the now owner couldn’t control me. It isn’t my fault that they got turned into program integrity for constantly trying to fraud the state. However, when I got the call that they were terminating their services in two weeks; Kadie’s exact words were: “Because you’re trying to take my license.” That was an outright lie. On two occasions Kadie violated my right to privacy, as well as another worker’s right to confidentiality. Maybe, the office administration should do billing how they’re supposed to, then nobody has to worry about getting turned in. Maybe, the office staff should adhere to client confidentiality as well as worker confidentiality. Like I said, my aides were/are wonderful people. Kadie, and the office staff not at all. Kadie, you really need to thank your aides more and give them raises because they are the real heroes! I want to add, they are the ONLY reason I gave your company 4 stars; and hung in there as long as I did! So your comment to me at the end of March, “I am the sole reason why you are still a client because I make people come to you” is complete crap! If it wouldn’t have been for my aides, I would have left a long time ago.

After meeting with the director and her staff I was pleased to discover that this is more than just a job to them. They are truly interested in helping people. I was surprised to see they had a one star review but upon reading it-clearly this was a disgruntled employee that was terminated.

I have been with Right At Home for nearly 5+ years now, so I have had the opportunity to witness the companys growth and change with a few administrative and staffing changes over time. For the majority of my partnership with this company, it has been a very positive learning experience for all involved, I think. Furthermore, Right At Home has been my only home health agency that I have worked with. What I have learned is that there isnt a home health agency out there that is perfect and has it all together. Mistakes happen. Therefore, despite some difficult patches here and there, I have been very satisfied with my experience with Right At Home. The caregivers they have matched me with have been wonderful, despite a very few, and I get along well with the office staff. My only piece of constructive criticism I will provide is I feel the office staff needs to do a better job relaying information to one another, as well as to their caregivers. For instance, I have had times where I call the office to let them know of any changes or adjustments that need to be made to my schedule or care plan, and depending on who I have talked to, they may not always relay that information to other staff members in the office, and if I call back and speak with someone else, they arent always aware of what I am referring to, so I think more communication among staff members in the office would be more helpful, that way everyone is on the same page.Also, I think it would be beneficial office staff communicated more with their caregivers about schedule changes, etc. I have heard on multiple occasions that they will switch a caregivers schedule and put them with a different client without them communicating the changes with their caregivers first.

I wish i could give this FAKE company a negative. I worked for this company a few months and quit. The Lie about everything completely unorganized. They wouldnt even give me my last check. Theyre 100% sketchy the company moves Locations. Dont Ever Work for them
