Its literally as good as it gets. If you have big money you can go to prairie life but whatever. Theyre awesome and a fraction of the price. Love it here. Just look, its the deal of the century.

Local gym that seems to be running based off of huge conflicts of interest. Have had acquaintances, friends, and family members who have worked here and had good reviews of their employment, however once they decide to leave (giving a 2-week notice) and take employment elsewhere, they become blackballed from using the gym. Somehow the gym manager also works as a one person HR manager. If another job contacts this gym for an employment recommendation, everything said will be negative. Its as if the HR manager takes employees leaving as a personal affront. This place has lost a lot of respect and business in the Lincoln community over the past few years, and anybody looking for a quality gym would be well-served to seek membership elsewhere.

I havent experienced much of the gym yet other than personal training which, so far is fantastic. Ive been working with Cari and she is the perfect balance of pushing me thru yet no judgement. The gym is very clean, lots of precautions taken. Everyone is friendly that works there. Havent dove into classes yet but am looking forward to it.

Literally one of the nicest gyms I’ve ever been too. Visiting Lincoln for the weekend, paid for a one day pass. Wish they had this gym in Des Moines

Great gym. Equipment is continually improved and maintenance is evident... Unfortunately, its getting crowded as that side of town fills in. Good luck going during peak hours.

Personally have been going to goodlife for over a year n half. Hands down has to be the friendliest/ wholesome environment I’ve experienced! Always greeted with a welcoming face. Wide range of top of the line equipment. A place for a fresh gym rat can enjoy or for a more serious lifter. Definitely your 1 stop shop.

Best gym in Lincoln and best Ive been to in general. The facilities are very nice, equipment is fairly new and in great condition, staff is friendly and helpful, and even the patrons are pretty cool. Discounts available for a wide variety of things. The locker rooms are by far my favorite part. Theyre cleaner than any of the other gyms Ive been to in town, plenty of space, sauna for pre and post workout sweat sessions, and (my personal favorite) individual shower stalls with a frosted glass door.

Its a great place to come and workout. Just the only thing that is bothering and upsetting is how the younger and 20 to 30 disrespects the equipment and the rules of not cleaning or wiping down. My company has always had these companys back. yet this last couple of months it is more about a profit then the future of the customers.

Best fitness facility in the LNK Metro. Plenty of equipment, room to social distance. Equipment and facility are impeccably clean and the staff are great! Great value for the price!

This is a great place to do your workout! Ive really appreciated the helpful staff, the multitude of machines, and the variety of people here. I go every time Im in town.

Best classes ever...Love taking KBX with Arielle at this location, yoga with Aubrey and blast with Christy. Those are the only classes Ive tried here at the SE Facility. It is also very clean, lots of variety and staff are all friendly ♡

GLF is by far the best gym in town and I have belonged to most of the gyms in town at one point or another. The facilities are awesome with great equipment that is always well maintained. In addition, the GLF team is always friendly and encouraging. Love this gym!

Boot camp classes/instructors are great and the gym is always clean. Their memberships are a great value because of everything they include with it. And all with no long term contract. Highly recommended!

Great classes & a very clean gym. I used to hate going to the gym when other people were there. So I never pictured myself to enjoy group classes, but Good Life classes have showed me how much fun group classes can be.

Its easy to take your workouts seriously at this gym. There not serving pizza and bagels like other gyms in town. Tons of classes offered at Good life. Employees are friendly and establishment is quite clean including bathroom/locker room.

I’ve been to many gyms in Lincoln and Goodlife is by far the best one. Super clean and judgmental free also love the equipments! Everyone that works there is super friendly!

The gym itself is nice, of course it was just renovated and all but the customer service is horrible. I was at this gym for less than a month and realized how unprofessional and how poor the communication skills are here! Would never recommend someone!!

GFL is an awesome place to workout...very clean, great equipment and very friendly staff! Alway highly recommended.

Truthfully this Good life is a lot better than the one on van dorn. however, these gyms are both great. If your looking for a place to work out, like ACTUALLY work out. Not wear tight clothing or minimal clothing and try to hit on people. Well then heres your gym. The culture of people here will motivate you yo get a better workout in.

I travel all over the USA for work and this is hands down the nicest gym I have ever gone to for any type of workout. They have pre cooked healthy meals, fruit, supplements, drinks, shakes and other awesome products for sale for a good price at that; theres a Sauna in the locker room, all the equipment is really nice, large rooms for group workouts and more. Overall I just wish this type of gym was in every location I go to. I was in town for 2 weeks, and I was able to pay for just 2 weeks without any type of membership. Highly recommend. A+++++++

A family emergency brought us to Lincoln and we were looking for somewhere to workout while we were here for a few days. After signing up for a free pass, when we arrived we had to pay the daily fee to workout since we currently live in Colorado. Although we were former Nebraska residents. It is ridiculous to have to pay for a daily fee just because you do not currently live in that state. Especially while dealing with other stressors. The staff did not care why we were in town, their only concern was receiving a daily fee.

Beat gym in town. Amazing selection of machines, free weights, high energy, and serious gym for beginners and advanced lifters alike. No contest.

I love this place! The teachers, the greeting at the front desk, the child care, the people all make working out so easy.

Everything was well planned when they built the gym, from the oversized parking spaces to the placement of the equipment. Great atmosphere and you hardly wait for equipment.
