Our family has received excellent care from Dr Glenn’s practice. He has taken the time to get to know our family and he is knowledgeable and patient centered. We have been happy with our care! He also has special staff working in his practice and everyone is competent, kind and caring!!!

I walk in and am told I need to go back out to my car and call them. WTH??? Then she said theyll call me, but I needed to go back out to my car. So I leave and about 4 min. later I get a call asking me some questions ref. covid mostly then Im told I can come inside. Seems you should either call me before I show up or just ask me those questions when I walk in.

I have been a patient at Pine Lake Health for years. Dr. Glenn is a great guy, and his team is friendly and professional. I cannot remember ever having to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes to be called back to start my visit. My experience with Jaqueline Stewart, APRN has been wonderful. She was very nice, and she took the time to explain what was going on and why our treatment plan was the best choice. I love everyone at Pine Lake Health! I take my family there and the staff treats us with nothing but kindness! The providers, the front desk, the nurses, and the billers are all nice and professional. I have dealt with all of them at one point or another and they have all been wonderful!

Have been seeing Dr. Glenn for years. The staff is always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Office is easily accessible. Have had several different insurance plans over the years and have never had a problem with coverage.

Love love Love Dr. Glenn. He is GREAT with our whole family. The reason for the 3 star is Dr. Jacqueline Stewart. She always assumes things. Took my son in because he was throwing up. She didnt even touch him, test him, etc. NOTHING. Just treated him for strep just because. She has TERRIBLE bedside manner. She is very disrespectful. I will only go here for Dr. Glenn.

My family is new to Pine Lake Health this year but have had no problems at all. My kids didnt complain about their annual physicals or flu shots. All the staff has been very helpful and friendly and made the change easy.

Love Dr. Glenn! We have been seeing him as our family doctor since our first son was born in 2001. He always takes the time to make sure all of our questions are answered and truly cares about the individual. We are not always able to see Dr. Glenn, however we have never experienced any problems with any of his other doctors, PAs or office staff. Would highly recommend Dr. Glenn and Pine Lake Health.

I see the reviews from others, but I havent had any issues so far. But Ive seen Jackie Stewart (APRN) and she is very very very good. She listens, is helpful and cares. Pine Lake office is clean and organized.

We have used this clinic since it opened in Waverly for myself, my husband, and my children. Until now. In 22 years I have not made a late payment to anyone. These idiots just sent me to collections for a 60 .00 bill from April I never even received or knew existed!! A very rude woman in billing said she ‘called’ several times and sent several bills. I can prove she didn’t call via my phone bills. Can’t prove she didn’t mail. I will never be back. The whole family will never be back. My sisters family will never be back. Now I know why people hate this place and another medical clinic was able to open in the small town of Waverly. Why would I not pay for the first time in what, 10 years, and ruin my credit over 60. 00? Unbelievable.Sent from my iPhone

Have been a patient for 9 years. Mainly at Waverly Urgent care. The nurse practitioners have mostly been wonderful, and were caring. Although about 2 years ago all of the staff at Waverly abruptly quit, and it appeared to be a management issue. I also recently had a provider who wanted to pray over me, he asked and I said “no”, I will admit that really made me very uncomfortable.The reason for the one star, is because of their billing practices. I now have a high deductible plan, and have to pay out of pocket for visits. Every bill accept 1 they have sent me this year has been wrong. I am billed for a visit for my daughter they apply the money to a visit for my husband. It has taken me hours to figure out what has been applied where. I asked for a detailed billing statement showing all visits, and all money received and how it was appplied, I did receive one, but again it didn’t show all money received and it was applied so bizarrely that it took a Saturday afternoon to figure it out. I called to speak to the office manager, after waiting for two weeks to have her return my messages. Sarah stated that everything had been applied properly, I stated that the itemized bill did not account for $60, she then told me it was applied but it wasn’t on the statement. We went back and forth about this for about 20 minutes. I did tell her in the phone call that we would be leaving the practice, she laughed and stated I was threatening her. Nothing I said was a threat, we have found a new doctor, nor did I yell or become abusive. I have since received another bill that was again wrong. My daughter who is 21 has now started receiving bills because they just noticed she was over 19, and said they would send her to collections if her bill wasn’t paid, prior to all of this I have always received the bills, which have been paid in a timely manner. I had thought contacting Dr Glenn personally, but judging how I was treated by his office manager I figured it would be a waste of more of my time. I will also add after all of this interaction I took a month to think if a review like this was necessary, unfortunately my conclusion was that it was necessary, hopefully it will help others.Please be aware that one of the reviews below is from a staff member.

Never calls back. Gives misleading or incorrect information. Lies and documents false information about calling their patients back. Loved my dr. Hardly ever was able to have an actual appointment with HIM. Always felt rushed in my appointments and miss diagnosed twice. They refused to see my children because of an unpaid bill for MYSELF even though my children have separate insurance and owed nothing.

I cant even give them 1 star.....Used a Pine Lake Health branch in Waverly. Practitioner was good but Management is despicable! Its all about the money as previous patrons have stated. Went in for sinus infection and given a round of antibiotics. Didnt knock out infection so went back in to get a higher dose, 15 days later. Was told Im not putting you in the systemAs she knew was a return for same issue. Guess what? They charged me twice and all Mgt could say wasIm sorry!!!!! So, $345 for a sinus infection. Ridiculous!!!!Use LinCare instead.

Dr Glenn is awesome and if I was only seeing him my experience would be a lot better . Unfortunately the nursing staff there are completely incompetent . They have not only failed to listen but also failed to show any form of respect . If they wanted me to seek another practice the succeeded in the future its much easier to tell a patient your not interested in seeing them .
