I’ve been going to Dr. Calkins my whole life, and he has always been a genuinely kind and caring dentist. He continues to show how much he cares for the well-being of his patients in how he has made adjustments during the pandemic. He and the rest of his team have taken necessary precautions to make going to the dentist feel as safe as possible. I’m grateful for these extra precautions, and I feel fortunate to have such a good dentist.

Hadnt been to dentist in an obscene amount of years, was so nervous... it was way better than I expected! They were so friendly and Paula was so patient and kind! Dr. Calkins was great explaining procedures and very easy to talk to, HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Calkins and his staff! Ive been a patient of his for 13 years and he is the first dentist where I have not needed sedation just to get in the door! His chair side manner is excellent and he always communicates effectively about what is needed. When he took out my sons wisdom teeth, he called that same evening to check on him and see how he was doing. Dr. Calkins genuinely cares about his patients. I will always recommend him!

Hands down best Dentist in Lincoln. Maybe Nebraska.Dr. Calkins knows what hes doing. Thats all that really needs to be said. But if you want to know more... of the dentists Ive encountered, hes the only one I dont dread seeing. If I have questions about a procedure, hell take the time to sit there and explain the play by play. I also like that I dont spend the majority of my appointments in the waiting room. They get you in quick.Hes quick. Hes funny. He saves you loads of money!

I did not hesitate to send my kids to Dr Calkins when the time came for them to start seeing a dentist.I would not go any place else !

You dont go to the same dentist for 20 or more years unless youre darn satisfied. And Im VERY satisfied with Dr. Calkins. Dr. Calkins not only practices dentistry as a fine art, he TEACHES it at the University. If you have ANY anxiety about going to the dentist, youll feel immediately comfortable with Dr. Calkins and his staff. I wish I had a sixth star!
