Ive been going to this place since moved to the area about a year ago. In the past theyve always done a great job. However, today I went in and there was a new threader there. She was very young and wasnt as courteous as the other threaders usually are. She seemed vaguely bored and annoyed by everything, very teen angsty.I wouldnt have cared about her general attitude so much, but she did an absolutely terrible job on my eyebrows. Theyre totally uneven in shape and width, and neither one looks anything like the shape that I had them filled in (I always pencil in my brows beforehand so the threader can see the shape I want). She also left me with a bald spot on my inside left brow that will take months to grow in, but also missed/left a bunch of small hairs along the brown bone. This was hands down the worst experience Ive had in ten years of threading.At first I panicked and left the store, but I went back later in the day to ask for a refund. She gave me a few canned apologies. I asked her if she thought she had done a good job, and she said I didnt really look.She did give me the money for the service back (but kept the tip), so at least theres that. Im devastated, both because my eyebrows are going to be messed up for months, and because I guess I have to find a new threading place now... So disappointed.

I usually get my eyebrows done at Beauty by Thread, however since it was closed today, I visited Twisted since I have been here a few times in the past and had a great experience. However, similar to another customer, Rachel Maldonado, I got my eyebrows done by the same threader today. She didn’t greet me when I came in, and looked annoyed as I was walking to the chair, however I ignored it, thinking she may be having a bad day. After she finished my eye brows, she gave me the mirror to look and she missed a few spots up top. I asked if she could do them again, she said yes but seemed annoyed at my asking. After getting home, I looked at my eyebrows and they were many patchy spots and missed hair. I have been to Twisted a few times before and have had a great experience. However, this time I didn’t not.Update: I initially gave them a 1 star review based on my experience above. However, after speaking with the owner, I decided to give them an opportunity rectify their mistake since I previously had great experiences. And I will say I was not disappointed, Gurbaksh did a wonderful job on my eyebrows trying to restore my eyebrow shape and removed all the extra hair. Based on customer satisfaction and her professionalism, I am giving them 4 stars.

This salon is beautiful. The threader was very kind and did an amazing job on my eyebrows. 10/10 recommend. Hidden gem in lincoln.

These ladies are fantastic. Theyre so good at what they do. My eyebrows always look fantastic when theyre done. I highly recommend the cool gel at the end, its fantastic but you have to find out why on your own

I’ve been to about 5-6 different threading salons in 3 states and this one was by far the best salon I’ve been to. She was quick, friendly and had the lightest hands I’ve ever felt when it comes to ripping hairs off my face. Salon was clean and comfortable and one of the better priced places I’ve been to. Going to make this my place to go from here on out.

Growing out my eyebrows because they have gotten thin. Went in today and told her. What did she do she started making my eyebrows think again! How is it that their eyebrows are thick and nice and I walk out with thin eyebrows after having thick eyebrows?
