On every previous visit I have had great service and excellent results for my hair. I like to walk-in and I get my eyebrows waxed once in awhile, and this last time Marla murdered my eyebrows. They are misshapen and uneven, and pencil thin. When I tried to talk to her about what I wanted before she started she didnt listen to me. Last time I had this happen it took a year for my eyebrows to grow back enough to shape them. Very angry, wont go back.
