Your stylist Hannah ignores clients of hers when they are not satisfied with their finished product. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I’ve never seen such a butchered color done in my life. Will NOT recommend to anyone. Stay away.

Hannah is very unprofessional! She ruined a girls hair with terrible foil lines and chunky brown highlights and then refused to either fix or refund the money to the girl! She wanted something close to platinum blonde with a shadow root and she put brown highlights everywhere in her hair and then tried to lie about it! The girl has video and photo proof of her hair in the salon with all the brown highlights. Hannah’s husband also messaged the girl on Facebook telling her to leave his wife alone! Soooo unprofessional!!! Don’t go to Hannah!!! Go to Amber!

Amber is friendly and welcoming, so much so that I continue to drive here every month after moving to Iowa just to have my hair done by her. She made accommodations for me to get my hair done on Saturdays when I found out I was going to be moving out of state. Absolutely love coming to Amber and will continue to do so. The remodel of the building looks amazing as well!

Amber does a great job every time, even when I’m not exactly sure what I want or keep changing my mind. She is very skilled and helps me understand what will look best on me and work with my type of hair. I can always trust her to make me look good.

Stopped by hoping to be a walk in. Was not welcomed very openly. I understand some places are appointment only. But its not advertised like that. I wasnt even asked what I wanted done. Wasnt asked if I wanted to book an appointment at a later time. Nothing. Which looking at the reviews this wasnt the first time this has happened. Took my buisnesss to the salon a building over and had a great experience there.

Designers on the Avenue is amazing!! Amber does an absolutely incredible job! I had highlights put in at another salon and they were awful! I called Amber up and she fixed my hair...needless to say, she is the only one who I trust with my hair now. :) Men’s cuts, women’s cuts, color...she does it all and does it perfectly! Highly recommend! Keep up the great work!!

My husband has been to this salon several times and even though it says walk-ins welcome they have turned him down every single time they are very rude,they have no customer service at all. Not to mention the one time I took my grandson there they did a horrible job and was very rude and stuck up. Let me give you a clue if you say walk-ins welcome and there is no one in there as a customer then you should do what ever it takes to please that customer stand in your salon not turn them away cause your to busy talking to each other. Learn what the hell customer service is and do it. My husband came in first thing in the morning and it takes like 2 or 3 minutes to cut his hair. DO YOUR FLIPPIN JOB. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE IN HAVELOCK WHERE YOUR LOCATED. YOU ALL ARE VERY RUDE AND VERY STUCK UP NEWS FLASH YOU ARE NOT BETTER THEN ANY ONE ELSE. IF YOU DONT LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN GET OUT OF THE JOB PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

WASTE OF TIME! I took the time to drive all the way out there on my lunch hour for a consultation they told me they could do over th phone. I got there and she made A rude comment to me, said she couldnt help and referred me elsewhere. Just tell me that over the phone. I dont have time to waste.
