Ive been coming to boutique for 5 years; its a lovely little salon that keeps up on current techniques, but is laid back and friendly.

I get my hair cut here all the time. The staff is very friendly and the store modern and clean. They have a mens day discount on Wednesdays which is very nice! Regular prices for a mens haircut are slightly higher than others, but I have always had a quality haircut by the staff. Appointments are recommended, but they do accept walk-ins.

Amazing work, clean environment, and always get the work you pay for. Brooke is my go to girl there and I love the work she does! (Ive followed her anytime she moves tho ;) )

According to my wife... Brittany Rose is absolutely fantastic! She has received Lincolns Best of the Best and Boutique is lucky to have her! Everyone is friendly, the salon is clean and inviting, there is always a hot cup of coffee available, and I leave with a great cut every time!

My awful experience with April MWent in for a haircut a few days ago and walked out with a haircut I didnt ask for.I had asked for a shaggy sharp v shaped haircut and NO length cut offBrought plenty of pictures with me too.When she was finished I had noticed right away its not the haircut I had asked for. She had cut my length off and u shaped the hair with bulky layers. The complete opposite of what I had asked forBecause it was late (I was her last appointment) and her kids were there waiting on her I felt rushed and that I couldnt mention Im not happySo I texted her the next day asking if I can come in and remove some bulk and sharpen it a bit?All she replied with is: I can refer you to someone else.Her reply really upset me. Very Unprofessional and Rude. I replied with I feel its unfair for me to go pay someone else for another haircutShe replied with come in May 10th.Her texts were short and snappyWaiting almost a month is not an option for me. Shes aware Ihave a couple events to attend and a trip all in the next couple weeksare the reasons I came in for a cutI repliedI feel like youre refusing to work this out with me, Im over it, id like a refund or the very least partial refund and ill go elsewhereShe replies with No thats so crazy.And that was itLike to know whats crazy? You cutting 3 inches off my hair lady!In a nut shell April is very unprofessional, rude and came off very condescendingI feel as if she purposely cut my length off and gave me the wrong haircut. The haircut its self is not that bad. However, its so not what I asked for!if I were her I would have apologized for not delivering the cut I asked for and offered to fix it within a reasonable time frame orif I like she can she refer me to a coworker free of chargeAnd there would have been no negative review.PS,if you have long hair and love it, take it else where, April is a bit scissor happy.
