I am just crushed Home Instead sent a lady who was just RUDE to a possible new client. My mother had her heart thinking they were the one. the lady was very unprofessional and as my mother put it treated her like her health wasnt important and answered her very blunt and belittled her. I will not RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! SAD PART OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WERE THERE AND ALSO GOT BAD VIBES AND FEELINGS FROM THE LADY! I KNOW MY MOTHER WISHES SHE COULD DO A LOT OF THINGS FOR HERSELF BUT ITS NOT MEANT TO BE.
