Dr. Mains was wonderful! He explained everything and was so patient...the office was office staff was extremely nice as well!

Im only giving 1 star for office staff NOT the Dr. He was great and I just wish he didnt work here. It took them OVER A MONTH to get info to my insurance company for my meds to be approved and you can NEVER speak to a real person. So I had to fight them while still in pain with no meds for 4 whole weeks! Even when you specifically ask not to be sent to a voicemail, they do it any way. Communication is HORRIBLE! They need to work on this for sure

Dr. Hoboyan is outstanding. I am 59 years old and have been dealing with Rheumatoid Arthritis for about 7 years. She has greatly changed the quality of my life for the better. I truly appreciate how very thorough she is with every patient, making me feel secure that I am getting the attention that my condition and strong meds require. When I take time off work to come in, either for an IV infusion or a check up with the Doctor, I know that it takes awhile and come prepared with a good book and the attitude of having a time - out, which is not a bad thing in our busy world. I know that when they call me back, I will get as much time and attention that is needed. The staff is amazing. I would recommend her to everyone along with the advice to relax, go prepared to take some time out, knowing that your turn/time will come.

Not a great experience. Extremely long wait to see the doctor. Ridiculously long wait. I’m currently sitting in the lobby and one lady was saying she had waited 3 and a half hours so far. I hear she’s a great doctor but why schedule patients if you have to make them wait so long. Better planning would go a LONG way. Who wants to wait a whole day to see a doctor?

Shes a really good doctor, but I see no reason for a 3 hr wait. My appt was at 9:45, they open at 9. How do u get 3 hrs behind in 45 minutes. Seriously thinking of finding someone else.

She is a great doctor that really cares about her patients. However they are very slow. You will wait up to and over 3 hours. I have waited over 4 hours past my appointment time just to see her. On top of an hour drive each way. When you call them out on it they get short with you and make excuses. I loss over a week’s worth of vacation seeing her 4-5 times a year.
